First, the cost of the insurance isnt out of reach. I pay my car insurance in person on a quarterly basis. When I go in the office I am treated like I am a long time friend. David, one of the agents in the office remembers my name every time I go in.

They are awesome! I got insurance for all my vehicles and my home for only a few dollars more per term than I was paying for just the vehicles at the lizards insurance company.

David Litchman is, hands down, the BEST insurance agent I have ever worked with! He works hard to get me the best rates and anytime I have ever had a question or claim, he takes care of all issues with not further involvement from me. I make one phone call to him, he takes over, and I dont have to do another thing. Great agency, excellent agent, outstanding customer service!

Been with State Farm since 1992. Barry Martin is a hands on agent. His offices best asset is David Litchman. David has been our favorite insurance man ever. He knows his stuff, is a great dresser, kind, helpful, sincere, pleasant, and went beyond to provide full and caring service when we had a totaled car a year ago. I met one of Barys reps, Tessa, at Genesis and I had some questions about my policy as I had just moved from out of state, I ended up making an appointment with Tessa for the following day and when I went in, everyone was so nice and friendly. Tessa took care of everything for me and she got my husband a MUCH cheaper rate on his car insurance ($305 for 6 months at American Family to $183 for 6 months at State Farm) plus we got renters insurance and my car insurance was also lowered from what I was paying out of state. I got my policy transferred from State Farm in Texas to Kansas with no hassle at all. I really enjoyed everything that the State Farm team did for my family and I. I also was very impressed because the other reps there came in and introduced themselves and helped me. Everyone was so friendly and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
