Took the day off cause I had this appointment for weeks to get my windows tinted. Showed up even 30 min early to drop off my car and find other transportation till it was finished. My car is push to start and I forgot to leave my key. I didn’t notice and 3 1/2 hours into the appointment I called and left voicemail to see when my car would be done. Another hour later I get a call that “I forgot to left my key and they’ve been trying to get ahold of me” Lies.. I had my phone on me the whole day waiting for the call. He said “other cars showed up after u so we’re gonna have to reschedule.” he could’ve called me right after I left to tell me he didn’t have my keys but waited from 9:30-2:30.. So frustrated & I hate being lied to.

Had an appointment for 4:30 pm today for window tinting, when I checked in the front desk staff said “we don’t do window tinting at 4:30”. They did not want to do the service because it “takes 6 hours to do”. We have a txt reminder that they sent the day before and they still would not preform the service. As a business owner, I would have accepted the apt especially after they sent the txt reminder. We had to take time off to come drop off the car. I would definitely not recommend getting tinting done here.

This was a worst experience Ive ever had. These guys are not professional at all they will argue and yell and lie about the service that they provide they had my car for 5 days and still are not able to complete it they did a terrible job and when I brought the car back to them they argued with me and told me that when it left their shop it was in perfect condition. It was obvious that they had made a terrible mistake with the job that they did on the window tint I tried to work with them the best I could but they couldnt even find a date to do the repairs on the original tent job. Do not work with these people this is the worst business in Salem to not go here

I made an appointment more than a week in advance for the 5th of July. Called and confirmed twice, once the day of the appointment. Received a confirmation text the day before the appointment (see pic). Showed up on time and was told the appointment was for the 6th. The manager said No one worked the holiday weekend. So, my appointment was obviously bumped to the next day, and then they had the nerve to pretend it was my mistake.This was one of the most unprofessional acts from a business Ive ever come across. Took half the day off for this appointment. They completely wasted my time and wouldnt even own up to their mistake. Complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER SHOP.

Great people and service at an affordable price. I will be going back to get my front, side windows tinted as well! Highly recommended to anyone in the area that wants to get a sick tint and save a buck compared to the other guys.

They did a fantastic job detailing my corolla hatchback. There was TONS of dog hair in the seats and they got it ALL out. Yay! Very fair pricing too. The owner is a chill dude. Will be back.

DONT USE THEM!!! I had a quick return call when I was looking for a quote and they gave me a great price. They were even going to pick up and deliver my truck for me for a fee. I made an appointment for the next week and they were to pick up at 9 . I finally called at 945 after they hadnt showed and talked to a lady who said her installer usually shows up at 10 and then they would come get my truck.Still hadnt showed by 1045 so I called back and talked to somebody else who said the installer was missing and so they had somebody coming in and they would make my truck a priority and he was sending somebody right away.I get called 15 min later and was told they would be unable to accommodate me that day and they apologized and offered to waive the pickup delivery fee if I rescheduled for the next week. I was hesitant but decided to go ahead.so fast forward to today which they were to pick up my truck again at 9 ....I called the day before and was assured they would be there........its now 1030 no call, no show, no answer to my calls (over 10 of them) .However they now pick up and hang up on the 3rd or 4th ring instead of letting it ring and ring. i cant even get ahold of them to tell them they will never get my business and I will let people know how unprofessional they are.I never write reviews so for me to write one shows how disgusted I am with this place.

We have had so many vehicles over the last 5-7 years and almost every single one we have taken and had our tint done here. They do an Awesome job, they can take a while to get it done... hours not days—- but the job is done RIGHT the first time. Will continue to bring all my vehicles here. They listen to what you as the customer wants

We recently moved from Cali and were looking for a quality car wash. We got the Mini Detail package and it was fantastic! They fit me in, even when there was a car show going on at the fairgrounds and most of the shop was gone. They had just finished a tint job that looked gorgeous! I wish I remembered the guys name that did our car, he was great and super knowledgeable when I asked about the other services they offered. Everyone was friendly and my Charger was sparkling clean inside and out. My husband was impressed when I came home. We will definitely be back for window tinting and a clay bar treatment.

Just had the car tinted but I figure Id leave a review for the customer service side and update later on how the tint is holding up. I called several places in town before black diamond (I googled window tint and went down the list). This was the first place to actually ask me what i was looking for before giving me a price. In person it was equally as pleasant, all the staff was very friendly and inviting. If your in the market for tinted windows give these guys a call first.

Very unprofessional. I called to get a quote to tint my headlights, taillights, fog lights and vinyl wrap the front and rear bumper. the quote I got was great. So I made an appointment for my husband to drop it off Friday morning. Friday morning...my husband tells me when he dropped it off the office manager was obviously upset about the quote that was given to us...but proceeded to take the keys and said it would be done by the end of the day. Fast forward..hubby picks it up at 5. NOTHINGS BEEN DONE. Says the tech hurt himself and had to leave. ok. Made an appointment for the following Friday. Friday morning....shop calls....they cant do it today....makes another appointment for the NEXT friday. Fast forward...hubby drops it off friday morning....comes back at 4pm...its not done, theyre still working on it. 1.5 hrs later...he finally says...i dont care if youre done, I need to leave. So they pull out the car....ALL that was done was they tinted the headlights and the fog lights. NOT the taillights, NOT the bumpers and to top it all off it looked HORRIBLE!! Bubbles...wrinkles...lifting...uneven cuts! Anyway...so...I try to get ahold of them...doors locked, the phone number just rings and rings and rings....there was a car out front with the window busted out. My husband told me when we was there the shop had a bunch of gym equipment and music equipment in it...just randomly? All around sketchy. I do not recommend AT ALL.

What can I say, this is the place to go to get your tinting done.

Do not take your car here.I took my Subaru in to get an estimate for a scratch repair. I was quoted a price for the repair of one panel but then he claimed that he would need take off the rest of the existing finishing and treat the rest of the car to get a uniform look - he was unable to provide an estimate for that. I also clearly told him that I wasnt interested in this and seemed to be insistent on it. He looked around my car and kept saying oh man, oh man is what was almost certainly seemed like a faux show of concern. Its the oldest trick in the book - 1) make the customer feel like the problem is much worse than it actually is 2) charge them for work they dont want done. Unfortunately for him, I wasnt born yesterday Even for the initial estimate for one panel, I was NOT given the written estimate with a breakdown of costs unlike the other FOUR places I visited. This was another major red flag for me. Also, the other four places were pretty consistent with cost and work to be performed. Black Diamonds estimate was WAY off - far too low compared to the others. I have no doubt that the lack of a written estimate would give him an excuse to charge more and perform work I dont need. I work in engineering and it is INCREDIBLY POOR FORM to not provide a written estimate, a scope of work and work item list to the client - no one wants to see surprise cost increases later down the line.I went to a different place and they repaired my vehicle for well below their own estimate and did an excellent respray and blend (almost close to perfection).I also didnt like him calling me bro. Im not your bro nor am I your friend. Trying to be overtly friendly with people is a great way to raise their suspicions. If you want your car repaired, go somewhere else. The only redeeming feature was that this guy was available on a Sunday.

Got me in quick, did a great job and gave fantastic customer service. I had noticed a small bubble on the rear window and he told me to bring it in whenever I could, no hassles at all. This place is friendly and fast, great job guys.

Very very bad service and job. Went back in and spoke to the owner he agreed back window was a bad job, said he would call to set up a redo job for only back window never heard back. At the beginning when windows were getting tinted and paid for worker said lifetime warranty and when we went back in they changed it to 5 year warranty. There are light dots on some of the windows, and the owner said I am not going to fix that becauase no one is going to do a perfect job, you will always find something because we cannot control the air, so he will not fix any window except the back window. But I have never heard back from him.

My car shines like a new penny. Javier and his colleague did an outstanding job, even cleaned under the hood so the engine compartment was as shiny as the exterior and interior of my car. I was so pleased with how beautifully the work was performed that I will definitely go back!

Got my car detailed and tinted and it was an amazing experience took chocolate stains out of seats and horrible stains off my carpet. Car looks brand new, if your car looks ugly inside give them a try promise you won’t regret it!!

I will never do business with this company they are not professional at all I was messaging them trying to compare prices and trying to find a better price and I told them how much I got quoted at another company and it seemed like they got offended so when I got to my appointment at the other company they had let me known that they knew that I went to go get a quote from them which made it kind of awkward I felt like my privacy was violated and that was not professional at all so if you want to have your your privacy violated go ahead and go there
