Moved from Direct TV to Dish, they were very helpful with the change, install was on time and professionally accomplished. They deal with both Dish, Direct TV, and other services and will walk you through whats available and help you decide what is best for you.

Celeste did such a tremendous job at providing me all the information I needed for my internet service, she simplified it and gave her time effortlessly, with zero agenda other then to make sure I was helped and informed . I would ignore any review regarding these people that is less than a 4. The number of technical variables are staggering. They took an extremely difficult situation a technical box that I was in and restored me to much better than I was in the beginning. I have worked with these people for several years and being a technical person myself I admire what they go through to give people a connection to the Internet. The people I worked with took the time to make things right. If you have any problems with any Internet service, switch to these people. They have years of experience in extremely difficult situations. Have them help you.

This place gave me the worst service ever I haven’t been able to use my internet for over 2 months now and I got it connected in November and all they keep doing is giving me the run around if I was you call a different company cause this one sucks

Terrible service from the owner Dennis. All yes we can when I bought my Wally there for my RV. When I had a problem with it he made things so difficult I finally walked out. I talked to DISH they told me some wallys had sensitive HDMI ports and to take it back to where I bought it and exchange it. I drove an hour and a half to his store and he acted like there was nothing he could do. His employees were nice and considerate but the the owner was not. Really disappointed since he was glad to take my money but not to service the product he sold me!

I just wanted to let everyone know how super it was to work with this company! Mike and Tim came out to my brothers house and did a wonderful job setting up his antenna. My brother is disabled and they were very patient with him. They took great care to make sure that he was satisfied with his reception and channel selections. They both took the time to explain to him how to work his selector and how to get the best picture from his television. These guys are awesome and we would reccommend this company to anyone who is having issues with their television antenna, convertor box or cable. You two rock!

Do not use these people they are scam artests and try to take advantage of women. I had them come on and install Direct tv in my business in Dallas Oregon and they tried to charge me over $800 when they told me the instructions was free just like Direct TV does. He thought that just because I was a woman he could charge me and take advantage of me. Just so you all know i am not done with these people. They know who i am. I will not stand by and let them take advantage of people like this. Thanks for your time. O and i only gave them one star because I had to to wright this.
