I bought a house in Salem 3 years ago with the help of Brian Bemis of Re/Max. After negotiating with the owners we came to an agreement of fixing several high dollar issues. Now 3 years later I go to sell my home, I find many of those fixes that were paid for were not followed up on. I am now having to deal with the same issues. I will not recommend Re/Max and would like an answer and resolution! Taking advantage of first time homeowners just to seal a deal as fast as possible is not right. I am also going to be following up with my lawyer because issues that didnt even come up in the inspection are well overdue.On a side note, I was talked into using their preferred mortgage company. One of those you got to act now if you want it! I was locked in a rate that was higher than my previous quote and was sold soon after. Im sure Brian got a nice kickback for that one.

Shame on you guys ~ keeping listings open & active when they are, in fact, sold. Even marking them as under contract would show more respect for possible buyers. No more bait for me.

Brian Bemis and his team at RE/MAX really went above and beyond the call of duty in my scenario. Im a picky homebuyer and my home buying process took over a year to complete. They stuck with me every step of the way. He showed me multiple homes and had an excellent attitude every step of the way, he didnt get frustrated with me or upset as Ive experienced with some agents in the past. He is 100% professional and I couldnt have asked for a better agent to have on my team. Highly recommended.

Twisted ppl work for this company, our story is super long. But ill make it short. Bought a house. Ex home owner kim baker..family of remax worker shelly samson. Lead to mid way thru the sale. We come to the house to find kim baker inside the house destoring 80% of what we own. Then shelly shows up and kim and shelly have a fight in the driveway. We have a 10 min and 33 sec video of this if anyone wants to view it we are willing to share.* Find me on facebook. * all the while shelly is givin bad advise on how home sales work. Causing sales to fail due to this bad advise..(so bad of advise she is telling sellers laws arent laws, either she striaght up lied or is very uneducated to how her job works..i think both) there is much much more to this and again we will happily share with anyone what we went thru. Remax...removd the word *integrity* from your heading..that word isnt what remax is all about..dont use shelly samon if you do end up having to go thru remax to buy your home.

I emailed to let them know I was interested in buying a house. Three days later, I havent gotten any communication other than an automated we got you message email.
