Realtors Nannette Martin and Eva Emerling worked together tirelessly to help my husband and I find our first home in a very tough market, with a VA loan no less! They stuck with us despite the lengthy search process in a sellers market. With each rejection letter from sellers, they kept a positive attitude and assured us that we would find a home. Sure enough, they helped us find a home this year! They made the process as easy as possible and answered all of our questions patiently. They are timely, professional and have excellent communication with inspectors and lenders. We are forever grateful for their wonderful service and highly recommend either realtor for your buying and selling needs. Definitely keeping them in my professionals contact list!

I asked the real estate agent TWICE to set an appointment to see a house and she IGNORED both emails. And then the house sold 2 days later without me even getting to see or put in an offer. Terrible customer service. I am appalled at how I was ignored and disregarded only on that one question. The agent, Lillie Johnson responded promptly to all my other questions but ignored that specific question about when I could come see it in person. If this is the way their agency does business, I wouldnt list my house with them. They dont seem to want to sell houses for anything over asking prices.
