Great service good products relatively easy to cook and set up and teardown is a gift in stressful times planning a wedding, the bad reviews are from Bridezillas that were destined to be unhappy from the beginning with unreasonable demands and unmeetable expectations. If you’re a ordinary person, you’ll get extraordinary service. These are good All American people, and family owned, local business.

Gee, I sure don’t know who these people are talking about. I think they meant to leave a review for “AllStarTentsandEvents” not “AllStarTentsAndPartyRentals”, because these bad reviews make no sense and are overly generalized. My wife and I have used this company for al three of our daughters weddings and it’s beyond amazing and hassle free.

Dont waste your time. Our event has a history of using this vendor but I had trouble with them from the beginning. First, no one answered the phone. I left messages which were not answered. Finally, I sent emails and got a response. Over a week ago, I reserved a stage for a charity. Now two weeks before our event, I was just informed that they would be unable to fulfill their commitment.

I only gave All Star Tent one star because I couldnt give it ZERO stars. We had a tent, chairs and stage rented for a ribbon cutting event on Aug. 4, 2017. They never showed up. When we called, they told us they thought we had cancelled. We had email verification from Lindy as recently as the day before the event, confirming details. I was told that all their trucks were already on the road and that there was nothing they could do. To say we were left in a bind is putting it mildly.Save yourself some stress: Go with someone else. You dont want to be left high and dry two hours before your event with no solution in sight.

I would never recommend this company. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Ended up canceling them 3 days before my wedding and went through someone else.

Company was unresponsive and failed to follow through. I made arrangements 2 weeks in advance with little to show and they failed to follow through completely the day of our event. I made multiple attempts to reach them both email, voicemails and calls with little show. Horrible customer service.

Great place very professional and nice clean tents would definitely recommend it.....

Could not get ahold of anyone they never even gave a call back... Its almost like they dont want money Im ok with it I can find someone who does want my money.
