These people are rude and disrespectful every single day. I have to see, on a daily basis how they treat the people around them and its disgusting!! For example, the drivers are so obnoxious that one of them FLIPPED THEIR vehicle in the business parking due to his reckless driving. Are you KIDDING?! They are a company you DRIVE for and they obviously dont take it seriously.ETA: currently blaring Ozzy Osbourn in the parking lot. Its 5:45AM

A patient had an item fall out of her bag. I called the office and the driver came right back with the item. Thats goid service.

Timely pickup, drop off and return trip.

Large fleet of vehicles, so you know that they WILL be able to get you where youre going. Yet they still retain the people skills of a much smaller company. And my favorite thing with WVMT? Communication!!! From the text messages that confirm when they will be there to pick you up to the wonderful interactions with the drivers -youll know that they care about you and getting you where you need to go safely and on time. Thanks for all the safe and on time rides!!!

I used Willamette valley transport to move my father from Springfield to Salem . Tim the owner was easy to talk to and help me make arrangements for my father who needed to be transported by streacher because of a broken hip.His drivers treated my father with respect and were so gentle moving him. How I would define the Willamette Valley Transport experience:*They are prompt and organized with pick up and drop off. They understand that bad scheduling can leave you in a lurch that may impact your health.*They have great customer service – always seeking to understand and accommodate needs whenever possible. They care about your well-being – you matter!*Their employees enjoy working for this company. They act invested in their job as a result! This shows in their knowledge of equipment, roadways, support for one another, and most importantly – what experience you are having! Respect and integrity goes a long way!*Communication is clear, friendly, timely, and professional.When you have to take transport of this level it is tiresome and frustrating to go back and forth to your doctor appointments when you are already so uncomfortable. I know sometimes I have bad days and take that out on the people around me. However, I can say that Willamette Valley stands out as a company who cares. This means the world when you already have so much you are dealing with. They are one less thing to be concerned about, and I can’t say that about most companies.

I am new to the world of medical transport. My mom recently fell and broke her leg and is unable to bare weight on her foot. Last Thursday she had a very important doctors appointment in Clackamas at 8am. It was the same morning as the semi accident on I-5. My mom was unable to attend her appointment as she made it only to Wilsonville from Keizer. My mom said that her driver was great. After being in the care of the company from 6:30am till 10:00am she was afraid that she was going to be paying for a ride to nowhere. Upon return to her care facaility in Keizer, there was no charge. I want to say thank you to Willamette Valley Transport for making our morning a little less stressful. I appreciate the level of customer service and kindness when it is time to reschedule her appointment we will be contacting you to provide transportation.

I love these people!They put their wonderful drivers through months of extensive training. So its not like taking any other transportation company.They have such great people that work there who are always curtious, friendly and caring.They have gone above and beyond for me. I totally recommend them.

Cant give negative stars or I would.The emergency entrance to the hospital is a FIRE ZONE. Clearly marked that there is no parking. There was a company van parked in the NO PARKING ZONE for more than 10 minutes in front of the emergency room entrance to the Willamette Valley Medical Center today. Saw the driver once and that was while an elderly and weak patient was being unloaded from another vehicle facing the wrong direction in the opposite lane (because the Willamette Valley Transport driver thinks they are that important!). Shame on him. Management should take disciplinary action on that driver. He could have parked in the lot and moved his vehicle into position when the patient he was waiting to transport was discharged. Shame.

Ive been taking medical transport for years and these guys are the best. They communicate clearly and seem to only hire friendly and professional people. If you have to use medical transport, this is the company to use!

I use transit services to get to all my appointments. These guys know their stuff. Top notch, professional, and every driver Ive met has been friendly and personable. Makes going to and from otherwise tedious and/or obnoxious appointments just that little bit more bearable.

These guys really know what they are doing and have implemented a very robust and efficient operation which utilizes several solutions (including their dispatch application we provide) and consulting services from our company. Its been great to see a company local to us whos continued to maintain a focus on customer service, over such a long period of time. The compassion and care for those in the Willamette Valley area is nothing but the best. Are they without issues? No, but nobody is. They work to be honest and correct the problems, as rare as they are. That alone says a lot about the integrity and honesty of a company in the NEMT industry. Did I mention that they also use the best NEMT Dispatching software we provide? Keep up the good work WVT!

As someone who has been dependent upon this level of transportation to and from Doctor appointments, I have become all to familiar with the good and the bad that you deal with in smaller companies like this one. Im currently writing this review from the back of a transport van that is speeding through traffic at the hands of an angry driver NOT SAFE!!!! The transport from the bed to the stretcher was where it started however. The two undertrained and rude drivers didnt bother with a lift sheet or even to wait for assistance. Instead they tried to just man handle me onto the stretcher at which point they damn near dropped me. Then proceeding to patronize me for crying out in pain. Long story short, if you or a loved one needs transportation of this level youd be better off taking your local trimet bus. Just as fast and efficient and honestly much safer. To top it off I am now late to my Oncology Appointment as well.

I used WVT when my mom needed transportation from the hospital after she was hit by a car. They provide stretcher and wheelchair service. The Portland Branch specifically, was very kind and helpful in this time of need for my family and I. All questions were answered in a calm timely manner, and they treated my mom with the upmost care from arrival to the dropoff at the door. Thanks everyone. Especially the dispacher and drivers.
