This gym is a great place for fun and extreme work outs, with great coaches who are there to watch and make sure you are doing movements correctly. If you are looking for great work out group classes or one on one training this is the place. This gym is all about support, you not only build a great relationship with your coach you also gain great workout partners and such a huge support team! Love this gym and the couches who work here!

I just went to one of the cross training classes with Alicialeigh and Lauren the new managers at Self-made Athletics and it was hands down so fun and the best class I’ve ever been to! I will come back tomorrow and get a membership!
