I called to schedule an estimate and had one on the books for later in October. Apparently it is their practice to have someone review requests for estimates and in the process someone called to ask me some questions about my repair needs. After some discussion he said, okay I will have an estimate sent to you for your signature and then we will get you on the books for the repair as soon as it is signed. I have to be honest, they were so quick and efficient it all happened so comprehensively and with so little effort on my part, I cant even give a perfect timeline. I have NEVER had any home repair, contract work, or even an estimate go as smoothly or as quickly. I realized this morning that the original date for an estimate can be deleted from my calendar because the whole job is already done! It looks great and I am so relieved it is finally repaired and it didnt cost a fortune! Thank you Oregon Gutter Service!!

I had this company out to install brand new gutters and down spouts all the way around the house. Theu did a great job looks really nice. SOGS removed the old gutters and replaced them with new and so far Im very happy with them. They were prompt, professional and affordable. Im eagerly anticipating the next rain so I can see them in action. One very minor issue is that I found 3 large nails from the old gutters laying around the house and one of the downspouts either came disconnected or they just overlooked it and forgot to reconnect it. Im sort of handy with tools so I will reconnect it myself but Im sure theyd send someone back out if I asked.

On July 15, Salem Oregon Gutter Service replaced an old, cheap and damaged gutter on a large shop building with a completely new, larger gutter and downspout. The three workers were knowledgeable, personable, and knew how to work together to complete the job as efficiently as possible, and explained to me what they were doing at each step. They cleaned up lots of tree debris that had collected in the old gutter that fell out when it was taken down, as well as all the old gutter pieces. The fascia board on the shop was only 1 thick, so they marked it where the rafter tails connected so they could fasten the gutters at the rafters, making for a stronger attachment. I was totally pleased with their work. Also, their price was lower than another bid, and they came out to do the work within a couple of weeks. Next time I need gutter work, Ill call them again.

Great service and a job well done. I am a DIYer and an auditor, so I like to stay on budget. Having that said, if you want to install gutters yourself, you might save a few dollars (literally) and spend days of work installing them yourself. Or just have Salem Oregon Gutter Service install them, save you a lot of time, headaches, and money. The prices were extremely reasonable, they were prompted to respond to everything, provided a detailed itemized quote, and from start to finish within a few hours. Highly recommended

I am a very skeptical person when it comes to contractors, services, and so on. When I requested the quote from them it was not the exception. I got several bids, did research about doing it by myself, materials, details, etc.I was surprised that they came next day to look at the gutters and that they gave me the quote right there in my house without waiting any longer. We scheduled the service for two days later, they showed-up early and I did not have to be there, but they were in contact by phone with me constantly (because I requested it).Part of the boards I had, needed to be substituted because they were rotten. I got the option of doing it on my own, with someone else, or with them. I did it with them because it was fast and the price was competitive.They came a day later and substituted the needed boards, and installed the gutters. When they were done, I went to supervise the work and found aesthetic details that could be improved. I told them about it and they corrected the things right away, even if they had to cut more material and re-install some parts. They made sure I was happy with the work done.This is the first long review I have ever given to any company, but they did very well, from initial phone call, quote appointment, and installation.

We had a very long piece of gutter replaced and the rest of our gutters cleaned. They arrived earlier than scheduled, they worked quickly and efficiently, and made no mess at all. I was very impressed. We will definitely use them again.

We were happy with the estimator, who came on time and explained things well. They offered to do the installation the very next day. The installation went quickly and everything looked great. The gutters seem very sturdy. HOWEVER, three days later, during a heavy rain there was water pouring over the edge of a gutter. We found that a two foot section of gutter had been installed angled the wrong direction, causing all the water to sit at one corner of the gutters. We sent photos and video of the problem, and we were told it would be sent to their warranty department. (I was expecting a response more like Im so sorry, well send a crew out to fix it right away) It has now been a week and we havent heard back. I called and they said the warranty department is backed up because of the snow storm a few weeks ago. It was a month ago, and hardly a major event. I understand being loaded down with work, but I dont really understand why this needed to go to the warranty department in the first place. I know there needs to be systems in place, but it seems like there could be exceptions. It will probably take them 20 minutes tops to fix it. Just call the crew and tell them to head over there. And hey, thats one less thing for the overburdened warranty department to worry about. Its especially frustrating since the estimate was immediate, the installation could be done the very next day, and it certainly didnt take long to get the bill. Now that we have already paid and there is water pouring down right next to the foundation of our 95 year old subterranean basement, there is week+ long wait just because of some paperwork. Im sure it will be fixed eventually and we will have some quality gutters, its just very frustrating in the mean time. Oh, I almost forgot, while doing some gardening, we found they had done serious damage to an established shrub that is probably at least 10 years old. Looks pretty bad now that we pruned off the broken branches. It sounds like this is unusual for them, and honestly I think we are cursed right now. Weve had frustrating problems with fence installation, roof repair, dishwasher repair, and shower installation. Trying not to let that stuff affect my review, but I thinks 3 stars is fair.UPDATE: After complaining to them on the phone about the delay, they sent a crew out the next day. Much appreciated. When the crew called to confirm that it had been repaired, they asked us if someone had moved the gutter in an accusatory way. Why would we do that? They sort of apologized for smashing the bush, but made a bunch of excuses for that as well.

The 2 installers that came out were on time, worked hard and throughout the job they checked at each point to make sure we were happy with the final fix that they were going to do. Where we had some onsite challenges to overcome, they were able to give us multiple options to choose from meaning we got the perfect job.Fully recommend these guys to anyone.

Lucas was very thorough and helpful with answering our questions as he helped me understand their product(s) and provided multiple proposals. He even made a special trip to our house to show us their color options. Courtney was always very polite and professional when I called to ask additional questions and to schedule the work. We had many questions about the gutter guard they use as well as making sure the colors matched our home. At a certain point, Im sure they were tired of hearing from me but they didnt let my persistence outwardly irritate them in any way. Micah called 45 minutes prior to his arrival and came to our home to install the gutters on time. He was sure to verify the work being done upon his arrival, and was also very polite. Time will tell how the gutters and guard perform but with their lifetime warranty and my experience from the he installation, my hopes are high that theyll be fine and even if there is any issue(s), theyll quickly respond to any concerns.

Great company! They got quotes to us promptly, had very fair pricing and did an amazing job communicating and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. They even rescheduled me when there was a miscommunication on the color. Had they not had such great communication they would have put the wrong color on and it would’ve been a disaster. It was a bummer the price changed quite a bit and I wasn’t expecting that, but nonetheless I was grateful they called to check.When they came back the 2nd time, they called me during the job to ask my opinion and which way I wanted things that weren’t customary and needed some decisions on making adjustments.Overall they were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Hope to be using them in the future on our next projects!

No stars at all if the post would allow it. I was scheduled for an estimate between the hours of 9 - 12 on a weekday, which meant I had to arrange to be off from work to meet with the estimator. Okay, I thought, I can take 1/2 a day and hopefully I would be their first stop. At 11:40 I called Courtney, as no one had yet showed up and I had received no updates to this point. She informed me that their estimator had been delayed and he had one other appointment ahead of me and could I wait a little longer. almost 2-1/2 hours later still no estimator or call of any kind. I called Courtney again and she asked if I could meet the estimator at 5 oclock that evening; I said dont bother you have already cost me a day and I have no trust in your company. Extremely poor customer service; they could have called me at any time and chose not to.

Customer service there is none poor installation they just slap the gutters on and have no pitch to them water wont drain down the spouts gutter just hold water length of down spouts are short and not centered to the spout that connects to the streets wont come out and fix the problem even though they say they have a lifetime warranty do but give them your business look else where for the right work
