If you need someone to clean your roof you have found the listing, look no further. I was really impressed by this local company. I had two other companies some out to look at my roof which had a medium amount of moss on only one side of the roof. Both of the other companies wanted to charge me for the full roof and have me pay for each square foot which I felt was unfair since the moss was only in one area. When I called Referred not only did the owner himself show up, but he did so the SAME DAY I CALLED. The other companies made appointments for me and took over a week just to get me estimates. The owner, Jaffet came out himself and got right to work looking the whole roof over. Other companies only looked from the street, he got on top of my roof and looked it over. He told me it was ridiculous to pay for the whole roof when only a portion needed cleaned. In ended up paying Half of what one company wanted and 1/3rd of what another wanted. They were able to schedule me within two weeks (the other companies needed over a month). I really liked working with Jaffet because he seemed to really care about doing the job well and customizing it to my needs rather than sticking to some pre-determined protocol like the other companies. He takes calls himself and deals with people fairly. Really top notch service. The young man who worked over the roof did a great job, it looks brand new. He cleaned up well after too. Every person I spoke to from the owner, to the receptionist, to the man who did the job were all really great people and seemed to love their job and wanted to help. Please call these guys and hear them out if you are even thinking of having work done, they will impress. Thanks again, I will be sure to recommend you to friends.

Very prompt and reliable service. Our roof looks wonderful and they also cleaned up all around the house. They even raked up some of my leaves. Overall a 10,and a reasonable price also. Will use them again for a maintenance check. Great attitude on all the staff.

I just had my roof and gutters cleaned by Referred Roof Cleaning. They did a great great job, from Shanna, who answered my initial questions and did the scheduling, to Jaffet, the owner, who reached out to explain the work in detail, to Logan, who was up on the roof doing the dirty work. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism, and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use this outfit again.

I have used this company about 8 years ago, they did such a good job, I had them come out again June 23, 2020 and WOW a good job again. Logan was very friendly and did everything I asked him to do. He is going to be a real asset to the company. Thanks again for job well done.

The team at Referred Roof cleaning did a fantastic job treating the roof and cleaning the gutters at our place. We have a fir tree that drops lots of pine cones which caused the gutter to clog up after a few months. Not knowing what the problem was, I reached out to the team. Jaffet did an oustanding job on our roof cleaning project and he also took the time to explain various roof preservation treatments which we also went with, and our roof came out absolutely wonderful. Our neighbors even noticed how well it turned out and asked for Jaffets contact information. I was so impresssed with his work that I instantly inquired about re-connecting with him a year out for quick touch ups and another coat of presevation treatment. I couldnt be happier with how my roof turned out!

Outstanding job on my Mom’s house that had moss build up and just needed overall cleaning. Ben arrived at 8:30am and worked till 4:30pm with very little breaks or downtime. He did an excellent job! Would highly recommend this company. Will use for future needs.

I called Refferred Roof Cleaning after seeing other reviews and I wasnt disappointed. Jaffet did a great job. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said hed be out to do the job in a week, but called after a cancellation and got here in two days. I live in Silverton and quite often have to pay an inflated service fee to get people over here from Salem, but there was none of that with Jaffet, he dedicates one day a week to jobs in the Hwy 213 corridor. Definitely will hire him in the future for my ongoing roof cleaning needs.
