I couldnt be happier with the work Chapman did. He power washed the whole house including walkways, deck, & patio and it looks better than the day we bought the house. Even better, his pricing was fair and competitive. Would definitely recommend and use this company again myself.

Great work and great people! Albert is a hardworking family man who really cares about and doing quality, affordable work. He came a gave me an estimate, started and completed my roof in a very reasonable time. I got a shingle roof on a two story home and they pretty much repaired the entire roof all the wood underneath. His team was extremely polite and professional. He was easy to contact and talk to. I have recieved estimates and attempted to work with other companies in the area and was greatly disappointed even before they started. From the initial conversation, I could tell Albert was dedicated to providing me the best customer service. Honest and professional company! I am still impressed with the work I recieved from them!

Albert is so nice! I havent had the opportunity to work with him one-on-one on any of my projects, but he did some roofing work for a family member to replace a portion of her roof that was leaking and it turned out great! I was surprised at how inexpensive the job was for the professional quality of work. Ill add that Ive called him on a couple of occasions to inquire about getting some work done for me and he told me how I could get it done for even cheaper, who to call, where to go, walking me through the steps if I wanted to do it myself to save money and offering to come out if Id rather he did the work for me. He didnt ask me for anything for the advice he gave and Im going to be saving a ton of money now because he cared more about the customer than he did lining his own pockets. Not many like him any more. Hes a great guy all around, totally selfless and genuine. Would recommend his company to anyone!

Dont recommend. Getting ready to proceed with court action. Paid to have a business roof sealed, came with a 5 year warranty- we are about a year and a half in and it has leaked since it was sealed. Costing us more money to replace the ceiling tiles. Am going to contact the owner for one last chance to correct immediately or will file for court intervention.

Al and his team did an excellent job in removing our old shingles and gutters. I appreciated the suggestion of colored gutters to compliment the new architectural shingles. It is a huge improvement which transformed the look of our home. It looks brand new! Thanks guys for everything!

Al Chapman finished the roof this evening and they did an excellent job! They are to be commended for their total commitment to doing the job right and satisfying the customer. They are the best choice for a contractor if you want it done right.

Al and his team did an excellent job on installing the new roof. However I am disappointed with Als response to issues that need to be addressed and corrected once he got paid. The glutters were not pitch correctly and they leaked. We attempted several times to get Al to come back fix the problems. We ended up going back to the manufacturer to get the problem fixed. Al should have taken another day to finish up the job and clean up, but he was in a hurry to finish job.. For these reasons I cant give him an excellent rating.

If only I could upload a video of the poor quality of work. These evening storms with gutters over flowing makes me wonder why I payed this company $7,000.Along with the unprofessionalism, the weeks spent on the job, the trash left in my yard, the flood lighting that they removed, and did not replace, and the wrinkled facia board. Have attempted to contact the owner with no response to the issues. Before you hire this company, contact me for videos and photos of poor workmanship.
