Always a pleasure to visit this office as everyone is so friendly and professional. Going to the dentist isn’t on my list of favorite things to do but if you have to go, and you do, this is the place. The facility is brand new and sparkling clean as well. Overall excellent experience!

I have had my share of dentists, I even worked for 2, but no office is as good as this. The staff are fantastic!!! So friendly, relatable, and then of course they do great dentistry. My kids aren’t afraid to go here, if anything they look forward to it (no lie). Couldn’t be happier.

I hadnt been to a dentist in over 7 years but I couldnt put it off any longer so... Highland Dental got me in quickly, assessed my issues and had me scheduled for the work that needed to be done in less than 2 weeks. The facility was beautiful and the equipment was new and state-of-the-art. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience almost a pleasure and my dentist, Dr. Bravoco, was simply wonderful! She is very personable, entertaining and, of course, very competent. If you are looking for a dental practice you cant go wrong with this one.

For several years, I went to a dental practice in Cambridge near where I worked and because of the pandemic, I sought a dental practice closer to home. What a great decision. The staff at Highland Dental is very professional and transparent. Any treatment cost is discussed upfront with no surprises. For a routine cleaning, a doctor will always check in to make sure the exam went well and if there were any questions or concerns. I’m so happy I made the switch so don’t hesitate!

The office is very clean. My dental hygienist was great. Mainly x-rays today and a plan to deal witha cavity in my rear molar. The dentist was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to listen. Office staff was helpful and kind. A pleasant visit, despite the semi-painful poking and prodding of my gums.

Went for my first half of my deep scaling today. Stephanie was great. She made sure I felt comfortable the whole time.

This dentist is so wonderful. Everyone there was so nice, so calm. No one made me feel ashamed of my teeth nor made a big deal of it. They gave me suggestions and left it up to me to decide what I wanted to do. For the first time in my life I dont think Ill dread going to my next appointment.

The colors of the new waiting room provide a tranquil environment. The patient cubicles feel super clean with classy dental chairs and up to date technology. I felt the staff was very pleasant, efficient and listened to my concerns. In summary, my hygiene appointment was a relaxing experience with all covid precautions still enforced.

I’m relatively new to Highland Dental Group; I was the patient of a neighboring dentist who ended his practice. But just a few visits in, I’m sold on HDG! The staff has been delightful, and Dr. Richard just put a crown on one of my upper molars in the most painless procedure I could imagine. My anxiety about getting a shot of novacaine began roughly 18 hours before my appointment. Dr. Richard was quite naturally understanding and sympathetic. In administering the shot, she didn’t do anything special, but she’s so good, I really hardly felt anything. That’s talent, as far as I’m concerned. I would recommend HDG—Dr. Richard, in particular—to anyone!

Jody did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. We also took a mold of my teeth electronically for night guards. Equipment is top notch and high tech. Very impressed with the whole office, very clean and very friendly staff.

I called the office after 2 days of nagging tooth pain- Staff were pleasant and responsive- set me up with Dr Powers as Dr Richard not in that afternoon. Dr Powers was gentle and expertly determined the cause of the problem- Thankyou for seeing me so quickly and taking care of my aching tooth!

First let me say, that I hate dentists, not because of anything theyve done, but because of a dental emergency I had when very young.Well I had a small emergency again. I had never been to The Highland Dental Group.I called, spoke to Belen, and she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.It was local to me, and the office was clean and neat. I met Belen and filled out the forms and was called in by GG. She made me comfortable and at ease, took some pictures and x-rays. Then I met Dr. Meaghan and she was quite nice and explained everything thoroughly.I asked Dr. Meaghan to go ahead and take care of my tooth and she did so quickly and efficiently. But most of, made feel so relaxed and at ease that I am going back to The Highland Dental Group for all my dental needs.I can sum it up in one word....OUTSTANDING!!!Thank you Highland Dental. Had an urgent problem as a crown had popped off. Dr Richard squeezed me in to her schedule first thing in the morning. You will not find a better service or have a better experience anywhere than the care you receive here. I recommend them highly.

I’m a first time patient and had an incredible experience with everyone I came in “contact” with. Their safety precautions were comfortable and I felt incredibly safe but also taken care of. The entire team from the lady I made my appointment with, to the front desk staff to the hygienist and Dentist were all friendly, informative and thorough. VERY happy with this switch!

Changes are very difficult to adjust especially when you move from one state to another and you’re looking for the right doctors. As I was searching for a new dentist I came across Highland Dental Group by its highest ratings and decided to make an appointment and judge it myself... well, since my first visit I can tell you for sure that they have the most welcoming and friendliest staff, super professional, very clean office, with all the COVID going they take the extra measures to keep everyone healthy. Also, just recently got my Invisalign treatment done and what can I say about Dr. Bravoco that you have not already read but she’s absolutely the best in making you feel safe and calm during the procedure. She’s patient but gets the job done. I love that she can engage in conversation even when you can’t answer while your mouth is open (lol). Do not hesitate if your having second thoughts on making HDG your dental office. My family and I are new patients and we’re not planning on leaving them anytime soon. Thank you team! You rock!!!!!!!

I am very afraid of the dentist. Dr. Richard made it so that I did not feel any pain throughout my procedure.The process was quick, starting with the assessment and all the way through placing a crown that was completed while I waited. I didnt have to make another appt. Did I say I felt no pain? She also took extra precautionary measures for covid, such as constantly changing gloves. I believe she took away my fear of having dental work.

My whole family have been coming for many years. Dr. Richard is THE BEST! She treats you like she would a family member and friend. The services they preform are first rate whether filling, crown or routine cleaning. They take the time they need to make sure you are comfortable and are cared for.They know people work and have extended hours. Ive been coming here for several years now. Its always a good experience. The staff was very professional and helpful. Dr Bravaco, Stephanie, Michelle, Brittany, and everyone else Ive met there are great!They pres-screen for Covid-19. Everyone was wearing masks and there was a temperature check as well as hand sanitizer when you walk in the office yet everything was very comfortable.Ive been to quiet a few doctors offices since March and this was by far the best experience. Everything was seamless and hassle free. They know what theyre doing and they do it well!

This is the best dental practice in the state of Massachusetts, dare I say the world. They make you feel like youre part of their family and really take care of you. I used to have a serious fear of the dentist, now I tell literally everyone I know to go to them. If I moved to California, I would fly back to Massachusetts every 6 months just so I could get my teeth cleaned by them.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my mom and gave us all options for a new denture. They even referred us to the oral surgeon upstairs so we could get everything we need to make a decision quickly.

I recommend the office to anyone in the area for any type of dental care, including more difficult cases.I originally saw Dr. Richard after several consults with other dentists in the area. Several recommended pulling healthy teeth and getting a denture to restore my smile after having several missing teeth for a few years. After meeting with her, and the oral surgeon she recommended, they prepared a thorough treatment plan to restore my smile while maintaining all of my own teeth. The process took some time, especially with COVID restrictions, but I am so glad that I met her. Im reminded of how lucky I am, and was, every time that I look in the mirror.
