Got my cracked phone camera lens fixed for 39.99 in half an hour. Avoided having to buy a new phone for hundreds of dollars. Very nice, professional staff, speedy service. Can’t recommend this place more.

Took my phone in and they could not repair it plus they could not fix my tablet screen its BS they fix phones and screens.

I bought a Note 8 for half new price from eBay. The Note 8 chews through batteries like I do breakfast! Finally got the new battery experience at Batteries Plus. The charge lasts longer now. YouTube guys also helped show what can be disabled for better life.

I purchased a key fob for my minivan online. I went to two place who said they could program it. Neither had the proper cable. Not a problem for batteries plus and at a lower price. I left with a new respect for their business. The place was hopping. I would definitely go back.

Fast friendly and ready in less then 2 hours. I called several places to get quotes before coming here to get the best deal in town. Make online apt and get $10 off of repair made it cheapest in Salem. And I was able to get tempered glass protector with 6 month warentee for only $20. I have done business with batteries plus several times and only once did I need to use there guarantee and it was completely hassle free to do so.

I had a wonderful experience this morning... came in to get a new battery for my iPhone and that was taken care of promptly and then I was also able to get my car key replaced. It had not been working for me to use it by pressing the button... for over a year I had been using it manually putting the key into the lock. Great service over and above!!!! 5 stars!!

I brought my iPhone 6 plus in to have my battery replaced. They replaced it for $70, on my drive back home (I live 30 minutes away) my phone started to get really hot, so hot in fact that it said it was shutting itself down. I called Batteries Plus and they said that it wasnt a problem and that it sometimes happens. Well, since my phone wouldnt come back on I had my dad open the back of it and see if there was something touching the battery that shouldnt be, he said there might have been something shorting it out...? Once my phone cooled off the earpiece wouldnt work, so it got SO HOT that it melted something inside my phone. When I called Batteries Plus to ask them what to do, or why this would happen the man said my phone likely did an update (BS) and thats why my earpiece wasnt working. My phone isnt allowed to do auto updates, and Ive never had an update make it break down like this. Now my phone only works on speaker, and Im out $70 for a battery in a phone Ill now have to replace. Id say, pretty bad experience with batteries plus.

I called and asked questions about getting my phone fixed. Professional and polite. When I went in, I got the same exact information when I talked to the employee. AND they fixed my phone in 1.5 hour! Now there was a time range up to 3 hours, but I was so very impressed!

The iPhone was fixed perfectly and I was called during the work over a concern that the battery had swelled up. New screen and battery and the phone is like new. Hopefully I won’t need another screen for awhile but Batteries Plus will definitely get my referrals.

Great repair, not so great scheduling experience. Would have been 5 stars if my 9 am appt was an actual appointment. I was told I needed to wait until noon to come back for the phone. I drove 1.5 hrs to get phone battery replaced. I couldnt sit in town for 3.5 hours (I arrived at 8:30 am to drop phone off) for a 20 min repair. A different tech jumped right on the repair when I explained a second time (1.5 hrs after dropping it off) that I lived 1.5 hours away and needed to get back. 15 mins and the phone was done. It works great. (Dont have open appointments if you cant actually keep them.)

Rude and clueless. I made an appointment online to have an iPhone screen repaired and it was clear when I entered the store that they had no idea why I was there. Ive had a screen repaired before. Its a ten minute procedure. They told me it would take two hours. They then asked for the passcode to my phone, which they wanted to keep overnight so they could work on it the next day. They werent apologetic but seemed very put off that I thought the work would be done that day - even though I had an appointment. Whats more is that I had zero confidence that they knew what they were doing and I certainly wasnt going to give a stranger my passcode and leave my phone with them overnight. (There is zero reason why ANYONE should ever need your passcode.)When I pointed out that it was a 10 minute procedure they began to argue with me that the fix took two hours. (Once again, Ive had this repair done before - in front of me by a technician in Portland - and I know how long it takes.) This was eventually revised to 30 minutes for quality work. I told them that I was disappointed as I had made an appointment and driven across town, only to be told that they couldnt do it until tomorrow. When I added that I was going to find another place to do the repair, Jason (who apparently was in charge that night) became extremely rude.When you make an appointment, you expect to actually have the work done, not told that theyll get to it tomorrow. When youre going to pay almost $150 for a repair, you expect customer service. We Fix It Phone Repair provided neither.I drove to Geek Squad (part of Best Buy) and was met by an extremely polite and friendly person who asked me if I had an appointment. (I didnt. I drove there on the off chance they could get me in.) Geek Squad couldnt fit me in until the next day but they were very professional about it.I absolutely do not recommend We Fix It Phone Repair. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. If replacing a screen takes two hours, the technician has no idea what theyre doing.

Very thankful that they were open on Sunday as my phone was shattered on the screen and needed to have it fixed as quick as possible. For the last few days my dad has been having issues charging his iPhone and the other day it completely stoped taking a charge and died. We went to the Apple store to see if they could help us, they didnt even want to look at the phone and kept wanting to sell my dad a refurbished iPhone for $300. I took my phone in on jan. 11, 2019 for a charging port replacement. They told me it would be in on the following monday.I came in Monday spoke to yet another employee who too my phone to the back room.About 10 minutes later he brought it back saying it just had some debris in the port and it works fine. I got home, plug it into the charger.....nothing.I went back the next day, Tuesday and spoke to yet another employee each time explaining and updating everything done to date.They took my phone for two hours, replaced the charging port. When I picked up my phone, the battery had been charged to 54%. Prior, it was dead.Again the employee assured me it had truely been repaired. I believed him as the battery was partially charged.Paid the $79.99 charge and left.Got home, plugged in my charger and nothing again.I tried three chargers and three working charging cables and different outlets in my hame. Nothing.Called the store back and gave update. They want me to bring my phone back in.Im not happy with the service of this stores performance. Im over 20 miles each way and gas isnt cheap. Besides an inconvenience, I have wear and tear on my vehicle to get this completed and when youre on a fixed income, fixed means just that. Fixed. I dont get any raises with social security unless you want to consider $4.00 a month in the last two years a raise.Im seriously disappointed so far with Battery + bulbs.

My screen had a bubble in it. How come the installer didnt inspect the screen before installing it.

The replaced battery is no improvement. My battery loses 10% of power overnight, just as it did before the replacement.

It took a really long time over 2 1/2 hours and it don’t seem like the screen is on tightly.

Not the greatest experience. Although my phone was working by the time I left their building, the second time. I don’t think I would ever go back. The amount of attitude, misdirection, and wasted time I had to endure was unacceptable.
