In dealing for the funeral of my brother Sasha was extremely helpful very caring and detailed with everything for the service. She even went above and beyond with my 90 year old father making him very comfortable at the burial of his son. Was very happy with all the Personnel at the actual burial as they were all very professional.

I found Stanetsky excellent in catering to our Orthodox needs and getting my father in law out the country to the UK as soon as possible.They were pleasant and helpful at all times.Rachel Spencer was marvellous.

Everything went smoothly at the first meet. Because of Carls family emergency, he had to cut the meeting short so we had to come back the following week.First, the signing pen didnt work because it needed a battery. It was a new system. My husband signed first. All went well. Then came my turn. The credit card part would not work. Help Desk was called. Then Carl told us to go out there and wait. Well out there was a corridor leading to the rest rooms, with no chairs. After complaining about the lack of chairs, someone in the large conference room brought two out. After quite some time, we were told to come back in. The credit card part was finally successful. Carl offered to bring our documents to our home later that evening, which he did.It was not the smooth experience that we expected.

Working with Carl gave me peace of mind making pre-arrangements. The process was easy and I recommend Stanetsky-Hymanson to anyone helping family members plan.

They could not have been more kind, respectful, responsive and professional. Jerelyn Serra was wonderful, and I would recommend her highly, both for her compassion and her ability to adapt at a moment’s notice.
