My sister passed away 10 days ago and we chose Lotz in Salem to handle the arrangements. We worked with Kyle and he was incredible. He really went the 10th mile doing things that were completely unexpected for us. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and Lotz to anyone. They made a very difficult time a lot easier.

Lotz has been handling funeral arrangements for my dear family members for decades. They have always gone above and beyond. They are kind and compassionate and ensure every need is meant to the best of their ability.

Bob Pollard and his staff at Lotzs were the most caring and understanding group of people who help us greatly during my brothers memorial from beginning and even now. My brothers passing was sudden. Lotzs, showed our family so much support and a shoulder if we needed it and a phone call away anytime day or night.

I just recently lost my mother and I had nothing but great experiences with Lotz. They were more affordable than my other options and everyone was kind to me and treated me like part of the family. I was fortunate enough to have all of the costs pre-arranged and just had to work out the details as far as what I wanted everything to look like. I thought the chapel was nice and the staff there were kind.

It still saddens me to think of the way our mothers funeral arrangements were handled. Hard hearted, money hungry, and unprofessional are the nicest things I can say about them.

Approximately one month ago unfortunately I had a friend pass away and the funeral was at aLotz in Salem. I was appauled at how shabby the building and surrounding grounds were. It appears as if NOTHING has been done since the first day the doors opened, so so sad. Save your money and go elsewhere
