I was with an individual who purchased a vehicle from you. You personally told me yourself that this vehicle was a local trade in nothing wrong with it six months later the paint is peeling off the driver side like something happened on the driver side and it had been taped off and somebody try to repaint it.the paint is now flaking off and you can see the primer below! Looks like a bad paint job to me.

I looked for a used car for 3 months. My main concern was liability esp when you are driving your family around. Went to 10 different lots. Bought my vehicle from Lee and reason was his friendliness, he was willing to work with me on price and on my trade in, the vehicle I bought was in great condiction as he said it was and most of all I did have 1 issue come up few months down the road and not only did he call me back at 9:00 at night he said I could have it towed there and he would look at it.My jeep was not under warranty for this issue. I called him next day around lunch to see if he looked at it and not only did he have the issue addressed and fixed he DID NOT charge me a dime.I would not buy a car from another used car lot.Thank you Lee

Update 8/2021 just bought another vehicle and I have to say i trust and am happy with my 3rd car... I bought a Honda in 2018 and its done great and I just bought a GMC Jimmy so far its doing great. I feel I can trust Jones Car Company! That means alot to me this day and time!!

Our experience was good! Nothing was pushed on us, they worked with us on the asking price, they stayed late twice and went and got the check from our lender for us to make the deal happen.

Bought my car November 2 weeks later needed battery they put a battery in. April car wont start again call asked the battery you gave me was it new he says yes. Maybe you didnt turn something off and it drained your battery. Triple A roadside told me its your battery. Went to Firestone had to replace battery and found a lotta other things wrong. When they say as is they mean it and I will not buy another car from Jones Auto.
