We had horrible water damage from a storm in our main living area. We called Radigan Remodeling to come into help us remodel this whole floor which included moving, taking down part of a wall and adding windows all the way down the kitchen wall to take in the beautiful back yard we have. Their team was amazing! They became family to us all, even the dogs looked forward to their friends coming over. They held our hand through every step and were extremely good about keeping us up to date and on time with the project with their work. They helped us create the home that reminds us of where we grew up near the Mountains in Montana and Oregon

From the design phase through completion of the remodeling of our kitchen/office space, everything about Radigan Remodeling and Design personnel, and their sub contractors, was a class act. We are thrilled with the result and found them to be professional, their workmanship of high quality, and their communication exemplary. They come with our highest recommendation.

The sad part is Radigan had to repair work from a prior (well known) contractor who did a very poor job! The good news is, Radigan did a great job on the work that needed to be done and did so very well. Communication from Gavin and interaction with the on site staff and sub-contractors was very good. Having come from a family of now retired contractors it is very easy for my wife and I to unequivocally say we would recommend Radigan to any one for any thing!

Radigan installed an external microwave vent. They were quick, professional and clean. Their price was fair and everyone we were in contact with were pleasant and accommodating. Radigan is on my A list for any future remodeling projects.

When a bad accident forced us to sell our old house and buy a new one, Radigan made this transition easy and beautiful. Our old home was transformed into a charming, yet contemporary easy-to-sell house with stylish wall colors and brilliant new floors. Radigan also came into our new home and brought in universal design so that the whole house is accessible and gorgeous. We recently completed a house remodel with Radigan Remodeling and Design. We were delighted with the whole experience - from first contact to completion. The process ran smoothly and on time. Great work. On time. On Budget. We had them do a lot of restoration/remodeling on our 1930s house and very happy with the work. Suggestions on colors and design were great. We also had them do a full build out on a commercial space that ended up incredible. I dont give out a lot of recommendations but I highly recommend Gavin and Misti at Radigan.

We used Radigan for extensive updating of our home, and were very pleased with their work. We had them redo floors throughout the house, painting all walls, kitchen, bathrooms, pretty much the works. They did great work, and their people showed up when they said they were going to... much better than when weve had other contractors work on the house other times. The bathroom remodel is completed, right on schedule! I have nothing but complements on your staff and the work they did. They were all very polite and didnt mind me asking questions when i was home on a lunch break. And, always very clean and protecting carpet and other areas while working in the bathroom. I would highly recommend Radigan Remodeling! I had such bad luck trying to find a contractor I could count on (most would commit to contact me for a bid and some even scheduled appointments but would not show). I thought Id never get a new kitchen and then I contacted Radigan. Their work was top quality, they were right on schedule and they always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I absolutely love my new kitchen.

Radigan Remodelong and Design has done two “phases” of my remodel. The first was a complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom in January and the second was a re-flooring (luxury vinyl plank) that just finished up including a reconditionong of the subfloor where there were dog and water issues. They did a phenomenal job and I am very pleased with them. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated, the quality of their work was exceptional and the people at Radigan’s were great to work with. Their subs, when they used them, were also personable, helpful, and great to work with. I think the main thing that I have so appreciated is the continued contact throughout the jobs via text. They were right there when I needed to ask a question or to let me know their status on something. Misti and I frequently shared pictures of design ideas. It was an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Our experience with Radigan Remodeling has been disappointing. We have a large beautiful home in a premier neighborhood that was built in 1994 and now needs some upgrading. We are upgrading our kitchen, utility room, all three bathrooms, our floors, etc. We recently had new counter tops installed and due to the color/pattern of the new counter tops, need to darken our good quality solid oak cabinets with a walnut stain. We do not want them painted, and due to their quality do not need them replaced or refaced. Our insurance agent referred us to Misti at Radigan for a bid on the job, and provided a glowing recommendation, so my husband called to make an appointment for Misti to come to our home so that she could see the job and make an appropriate bid. When he called, the woman who answered the phone seemed hesitant to make an appointment and asked him to send photos instead. My husband explained that he couldnt do that (were an older couple that are not techies and we also expect contractors to actually come look at the job--photos can not accurately show the scope of it) so the woman did finally make an appt. for Monday, April 23rd. It seemed a little odd that the appt. could not be made sooner than several weeks out, but we accepted it and made arrangements to be here then. Today, Friday, April 13th, my husband received a message that he needed to call them back to confirm the appt. on the 23rd. This also seemed odd since the appt. was not for another 10 days. However, he took the time to call them back, only to discover that the confirmation call was actually just a ruse to try to get us to send them photos again, so that they wouldnt have to come out to evaluate the job. At that point, he was frustrated and upset about being manipulated, so told the woman who had made the call, that if they wanted the job they could get off their butt and come out and see the job. After he hung up, Misti, who had never spoken to him, called him back and wanted to know if we wanted the cabinets replaced. We dont want the cabinets replaced. They are too good quality to be replaced. So, Misti then informed him that they dont do refinishing, and the appt. was canceled. Why couldnt the woman who set up the appt. in the first place have told him that instead of wasting our time and theirs? Its a shame that they werent honest with us in the first place. We have a lot more work that needs to be done that they could have bid on as well, but after this experience we will not be calling them again. A note to all contractors: If a customer calls you requesting a bid, please make an appt. to visit the job site to see the extent of the work to be done, and dont insist that the customer send you photos instead. It makes the customer feel that you arent interested in the job, and that the quality of work will be poor because you lack interest! And, not everyone has a cell phone, and/or the ability to send photos.

They were on time, kept me in the loop, cleaned up after themselves.... Im kind of sad that I dont need anything done this summer

I dont recommend many things but I would Radigan.
