I have contracted with Rob and his team on several jobs including commercial office refurbishment and improvements to light manufacturing space. All team members who came to our site showed care for the active working environment and worked safely and efficiently. The work areas were kept neat as the construction progressed and were broom swept at the end of each day. Drywall and paint finishes are excellent.Rob has also been helpful in design ideas and has been very easy to work with on scheduling.

I contacted Molino Contracting from a referral. I had a unique structure that I wanted drywalled and finished. Molino contracting worked with us and was very responsive to our concerns and request (We are perfectionist). They were able to finish our living room (40x20) and basement within a matter of days. I have a 40 foot long cathedral ceiling that is 16 feet high. They surprassed our expectations and provided me with a quality install and smooth painted finish. We had several contractors turn our project down due to the scale and how particular we were with the work that needed to be done during the renovation of our home. These guys came through and were honest. Hard to find honorable tradesmen. We highly recommend Molino Contracting for finish work and custom framing. You will not be disappointed.

I called Molino contracting after a few no shows from other companies and he came out to give me an estimate that I thought would take forever. Long story short, I wanted to tear down a wall and open up my kitchen. Not only did he come in way under my budgeted price but his Work surpassed what I had envisioned. I had an emergency at home,, tree fell on the house, causing ceiling damage in 2 of the rooms in the house. Called Molino. The owner himself came out to look at the extent of the damage and work, Rob not only gave me a price to take care of the damage in the 2 rooms, he also fixed the roof damage and the ceiling damage the very next day! Rob did the work himself with guys that’s work for him, 1 crew of guys handled the outside and another crew handled the inside! Handled all the work in a timely matter, all issues I had were taken care of place was cleaned up on the go, PRICE was great the work that was done was even better! I highly recommend Molino, very professional,, very dependable! Gave his information to my brother who wanted his basement finished as a family room, Molino took the project on and again,, VERY PROFESSIONAL!

So pleasant to work with, and the owner rob was upfront about cost and scheduling a proper timeframe for the work to be concluded. Molino construction came to my home for minor repair, never finished work, after they received 3/4 payment never returned. Trashed my house, left a mess throughout work area and wouldn’t return call to complete job. Do not use this contractor unless you want problems. BE AWARE.
