We love it here! The online check-in shows you the wait time on each stylist. My son was able to get right in & they were super nice! (Due to covid I had to wait outside BUT thats very understandable considering regulations in place.)

Holiday weekend meant longer waits even with online check in. Stylist was through and listened to what I wanted. Due to long list of people waiting, haircut seemed faster than normal.

Nice people but they butchered my hair pretty bad, I was the only customer in a slow day and they still rushed my hair either for speed or inexperience; either way I wont be coming back.

I stopped by this location to get a haircut. This is not my regular place but was in extreme need of a haircut. Staff were super friendly, got checked in quickly and wait time was very minimal. The person that cut my hair was very professional and friendly and very patient with my needs of hair style (I am very picky about hair former military) I will be considering this as my new spot to have my hair trimmed since my regular location is 1 hour away. Great customer service.

The worst haircut i have ever had. I could have done a better job cutting it myself. You ppl need to stop hiring ppl that think they kno how to cut hair. It literally took the lady 10 min to cut my hair. What a waste of money

I enjoy coming here for the service but one stylist there helps me the most. Melani cut my hair a year ago before covid really hit and this was the first time she cut my hair in a year and its was just as good as last time. I will gladly drive from Portland to Salem for a good hair cut and good service.

We are so very happy with our experience! They told us how to check-in through their app and be seen same day! My 10 and 7-year old girls received excellent cuts here. The ladies we worked with were both so nice and wonderful. Thank you, Sport Clips! We will be back!

Would not let me get my haircut because i had my 5 year old with me. Meanwhile there was a kid under the age of ten whos parents just left him there unsupervised? how is this okay? Im a single parent i take my kid everywhere. Im all for covid restrictions but use your brain people.

The atmosphere that they advertise, and the atmosphere that was in reality were very different. There were a couple of ladies that cut my husband and my sons hair. My son had the worst haircut hes ever gotten. He wasnt lined up on his neck, he got skipped on his Sideburn, and they took way too much hair off. About an inch more than we asked for. They were very nice, so thats why they get three stars, but overall I will not be returning.

I regularly go here to get my hair cut from Rachel, one of the stylists. Rachel always gets my hair right, even when I change things up, and remembers things we talked about at my previous visit.

I go for the MVP treatment and that’s what I always receive! I have been going to one or another SportClips for 10 years and had only one disappointing experience and that was in Grand Rapids, MI. I have a favorite stylist, Rebecca, and she is incredible! But please, she’s busy enough already, I don’t want any longer waits. LOL!

I was told upon Check in to wait in my car and someone would come and get me. Nobody came out and got me. Just sat in my car looking like an idiot. Dont put wait times if they arent correct. I will be finding a new place to go.

Great stylists but Covid restricts hurt the experience

I really like this place. Im sure Id give it 5 stars if my stylist today wasnt as yanky as she was. Maybe she was in a hurry, so I didnt say anything. In the end I got the trim that I asked for, and the service was fine. I recommend checking in online before visiting a salon. This waiting list feature is pretty cool, they will send text notifications that a stylist should be available in less than 10 min. (for example) And you can request a specific stylist If you like who helped you last. Great Place! So try it out, and if Its for you, keep going and try the MVP experience.

Jumped through all their hoops to get scheduled for 310 showed about 5 minutes early to be told they might be able to get to me in about 50 minutes. Took time off work for this so it cost me money to not get a haircut. If you hate customer service this is the hell hole for you. 🤬🤬

I have been coming here since they opened about 6 months ago- They are great, usually a pretty short wait time, always friendly staff. Just a nice relaxing place to get my haircut and dependable quality every time. All of the folks are great but Rebecca is my favorite.

Today was my second time going to this sports clips. The first time the lady that cut my hair did a pretty good job. But this time her name was Abby, she was a nice lady but she could not cut hair to save her life. I have hair sticking up in the back of my head that she must have forgot. She didn’t cut anything off my sideburns so my sideburns is longer than the hair on the top of my head. I’m honestly embarrassed to go out into public the way I look. I was trying to be a good customer and not say anything inside the store with other customers around, but I’m pretty dang upset.

Love getting my haircut at sports clip locations, getting the steam towel, face massage etc is nice. You also get your hair shampooed which makes it great not to have to worry about pieces of hair itching you after.

My son always gets amazing haircuts here and the stylists are always a pleasure.☺

All the barbers are women who don’t even have a barbers license. I have nothing against women cutting my hair but the lady who edged me up did not know what she was doing when I explaining how I wanted my hair. Plus they don’t even to a Staight blade shaving for your edge up to look more clean. The place is set up nice but wouldn’t go back for another a haircut at least not a younger guys haircut

Great place to get a good haircut

Arrived and signed in. Wait time was 33 minutes. Walked across the parking lot to Arbys, ate and returned 20 hours mins later to find a 28 minute wait time. Fast(slow) forward half hour, were on deck and then suddenly have a 20 min. Wait time again.Poor customer service. No greeting, no haircut, and we wont likely return.

Not a big fan of getting my hair cut, as normally I have to wait for more than 30 minutes. This place is quick, and I dont think I have ever waited longer than 5 minutes. Staff are friendly.
