State Farm has been wonderful to work with. Very easy without a bunch of nonsense to go with it like other insurance companies. The staff are very good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone looking for Home and/or Auto insurance. Very competitive rates as well.

I have used this agent since 2011. They answer the phone by greeting me with my first name. They are always friendly and helpful. Even when someone else hit my car, they were quick to process the claim, and eventually make sure I had to pay nothing out of pocket despite the other persons insurance being terrible. They turned around the claim and I had my car back in no time.

Denied coverage and the agent didnt return my calls. Unprofessional treatment. Had to switch agents to get the policies I needed.

Dont communicate and dont listen even after you communicate what you want to multiple people.

If there were a club for “Insurance for Dummies” I would be a charter member. I easily get confused with all the options that are available. Teresa and her staff have always been readily available and more than patient with all of my questions to make sure I understand what insurance I need and how it will benefit me.
