Machines all work great, and the worker was super friendly.Not much more u can ask for?The detergent and drier sheets are somewhat expensive to buy there, and the claw machine.. Probably stay away xD

Probably the cleanest and neatest laundromat and dry cleaners that I have ever seen.

Up-to-date, clean, customer oriented staff, but too-too many Quarters needed to operate the well kept washers and dryers.

Needed a laundromat in a pinch due to my city having turned my white laundry to a rust color due to pipes being worked on, brought my laundry here and was pleasantly greeted by the ladies that worked there. They constantly cleaned and kept the place spotless. Love the little plants also, makes the place feel more homey.

Had our comforter dry cleaned for $30. It was ready for pick up the next business day evening.

I used this laundry matt until I ran across a worker there named rose r was trying to do my stuff and she moped right where I was standing the floor was all wet she didnt put out any signs when I said something to her she was so rude she always is

A rip off it double counts .50cents extra each load, I guess they figure they find a way to make extra money to pay for those nice expensive machines.

They don’t enforce the rules for wearing face masks, or any of the COVID-19 precautions for that matter. Once they even had a bunch of teenage girls eating Mc. Donald’s at the folding tables, and the staff did NOTHING about it. Don’t waste your money here, unless you have to like I’m stuck doing.

The staff were very friendly and have very clean machines,dryers,bathroom etc... Cleaner than any other place around.rhe two women that work during the day are so kind and friendly and know what they are doing..each time I go in there to do laundry they always seem to be busy and working.. love this place and would recommend anyone to go to Colbys..

Its usually fairly clean and easy to use the machines. They have large machines that you can use for large items, but I wish they had a few more because they are not always available.

Not sure if they are incompetent or flat out snakes in the grass, but they quoted us $150 to steam and press 30 tables clothes over the phone. My fiance showed up today and was told they misquoted us and the price was now $500. I can understand being $50 or maybe even $100 off... but $350?! Get real. Maybe they do good work, but make them repeat the quoted price a few times before making the drive. Wasted 2 hours of her time.

I visited this facility last week and was very impressed. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there to launder a comforter. While it was in the dryer, I had to leave unexpectedly and explained to one of the employees my circumstances. I told her I would be back right away. When I went back the woman I spoke with had my comforter dried, folded and bagged. She knew I had an emergency to deal with and wanted to make the situation better. What great customer service!! Ill definitely be going back!

Clean, doesnt smell like mildew. Early morning is great to get in an out quickly. Took me an hour for 2 large hampers and a small basket of laundry to be washed and dried.

The dryers are terrible. I have used other laundry facilities and have not had any issues drying my clothes the first time. They do have some things to keep you busy while waiting for your clothes, the store itself could be cleaner. The biggest thing that bothered me was how cramped it was, it was difficult trying to get my laundry out of the machine. The isles are so small you cannot walk around each other you need to wait for a person to get done with their stuff and exit the aisle.

Im here about once or twice a week and I love it. The staff is friendly and very helpful

Just got back. I just needed to dry a load of clothes because my dryer broke. Had about 20 people come in together at one time. Not one of them wearing masks and would walk right up in your face. Didn’t even try to keep their distance No one said a word. It shouldn’t be allowed. I will never go back there.

I may have already left a review about two years ago, but Ill leave another.The staff is friendly, and become even more familiar with time. Ive been coming here 3 years now, and I love it compared to other places.Also if you have errands to run you can have them do your load, with a fee of course.Business hours are usually 9am-9pm last load call at 8pm.

It would be great to have AC and prevent people from bringing clothes only for the dryers. Dryers should only be for people that wash on the premises. Otherwise, we dont know if the clothes are really clean for dryers, and sometimes all the dryers are busy causing a wait. Other than its fine.

I needed to drop off my laundry for wash and fold service. I asked Google where to go and it sent me here.I was cordially welcomed and made to feel my business was important to them....Rosie was pleasantly chatty. She said my laundry would be done in a couple of hours...when I picked it up it wash perfectly folded and smelled great....Colbys and Rosie made getting my laundry done easy, fast, and pleasant...👍⭐👍 If you find my review helpful please give it a 👍👍...thank you.

This is probably one of the cleanest laundry places I have ever been to.

I liked it until recently. My wife & I were doing our laundry and apparently we werent allowed to use some dryers in the back that an org called Amazing Grace has to use No idea. We were told to move our clothes to another dryer animal fur in many of the washers makes sense now.

Nice facility but has nasty rude employees, to me they seem very racist 🤔🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️....

This place deserves negative stars. The employees have NEVER once been friendly or helpful, and flat out ignore me. I had to argue once for like 10 minutes, over an eaten quarter. I dont know if they ignore me/are rude because Im a big person, or what. The sidewalk is very uneven and I have tripped and fell before. The bathroom is so tiny, its not disabled/handicapped accessible at all.

Today, on January 18th, my boyfriend went in this morning to do our laundry, and the lady working there was very rude. He told her that he lost a quarter in the big 8 dollar machine when it was blinking to add time and it didnt. She treated him like hes a criminal with dirty looks and immense suspicion. Even after he proved to her that the add time light blinks, she still treated him like hes pulling a scam even though she gave the coin back. If he knew he was going to be treated like that, he wouldnt have even bothered that witch for the stupid quarter! It was about the principle that he lost it in their machine more than anything. They can even pull up footage from all their cameras and see that he added it. I can only imagine how that lady acts if theres a real problem like a dryer not working! We will not be back, your stupid quarter cost you about 600 dollars a year in business that we regularly spend on laundry.

The staff that are working there act like they are doing you a favor if they answer your questions or help you in any way! No thanks! I brought my laundry here for about 4 times when I moved to the area, and I gave this place more chances than it deserves. Cheap prices, but the worst services Ive ever had. Ive never met a more rude staff of people in my life. If youre a professional who needs dress cloths cleaned regularly dont waste your time. Spend the extra dollar a shirt and go to a business that actually values its customers.

The machines are a bit expensive.. The staff is hard to find, when i was there she was smoking cigarettes and talking on her cell phone. Two of the three quarter change machines were out of order.
