I have used the services of every laundromat in Saginaw west of the river. This location is my prefered. No frills - just laundry. Clean and quiet (I only come here in the morning.) They have a working extractor here - USE IT! 25 cents gets you 4 minutes of dryer time. $1.50 total to dry for me.

1:30 Sunday, drove to laundromat, closed sign in window, I called to see if open because web stated they were. She stated “see the cars outside, we’re open” ?!?! I did tell her the sign said closed, she said well we are open and not very nicely. I love Dottie, however person working today the 11th of April was not nice at all!

This was my first time going to a Laundromat on my own, and I was very nervous about how to get the best value out of these machines. The lady working here was extremely friendly and helpful about what machines to use and helped me save a bit of money and time. She also told me when I should add my detergent and everything, which was super helpful. Even her polite conversation with me wasnt the kind I couldnt get away from. This is definitely going to be the first place I go the next time I need a laundromat!

Really wish I could give this Zero stars. Being from Chicago I thought doing laundry was expensive there. I was wrong. I spent 20% more here than I did back home. Plus, the washers and dryers are old and out of date. I will not go back there again, and if you have a choice I would do your laundry in the river here instead, it would be cleaner.

First time ever wash my clothes in a laundromat youre very helpful nice people

You would think a responsible business owner would update their website.. or at least leave a message telling customers they are actually closed when a website says open...and the phone goes straight to voicemail with no message. I drove 30 minutes to find this closed when the website said open..and when I called the the phone went straight to voicemail no info. The laundromat on bay was pleased to have my buisness.

Staff were very friendly. Laundromat was kept clean and machines were in good working order. Prices were very reasonable.

We have had to use the washers and dryers there at least once a year due to large blankets and such. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the washers look like they have a lot of miles on them but continue to work just fine. The dryers are a little newer. The cost is reasonable to me and besides I only have need of their capacity once a year. The only hit for me is the chairs are of the 70s design (not comfortable for longer sits waiting).

When you have a load of laundry great service and no deceptions on costs.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and BRAND NEW DRYERS! I love throwing all my laundry into the super giant that holds 75 lbs and then into the new dryers. Im out in no time.

Went there to wash some sleeping bags after a weekend camping. Wasnt quite sure which washing machine to use, however the lady working there helped me find the right one. She then told me to get back with her and she would help me find the right drier to use to get out of there as quickly as I could. Overall good experience and will use them again for any big items I need to wash!

Took an expensive winter coat to them to be dry cleaned It was only returned 2 days later than they said it would be and now had an awful smell to it. Attendant wanted to put it in a dryer to remove smell! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DRY CLEANING WITH THESE PEOPLE!
