I work for Morley. Its not the travel center anymore, thats in another building. But I think it is a great place to work.
This employer doesnt care about its employees. The place is a cesspool for sickness. You get sick? You come in anyways, or you get fired, just like my fiance did. Now Im stuck doing everything by myself. I wanted to go back to school, but who knows if I can do that now. Morley ruins peoples lives. Remember that when you call for a toe, gas, or anything else this company involves itself in.
Morley Travel handles more than travel arrangements. Insurance is Handled also. Different levels of service.
Pretty cool place, they do amazing trips and are fun to work with!

We were recommended to use Morley Travel, by a friend of ours. Unfortunately, this was a HUGE mistake. The agent we worked with was SUZANNE DURUSSEL. Trip was booked and paid in full on 11-28-17. Explained to her that I was booking this trip to Punta Cana for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Told her that we wanted to stay at 1 resort for approximately 6 days and then visit another resort for the remaining 6 days. She changed my mind, by telling me that the all inclusive trip to resort Grand Bahia Principe Bavaro would meet all of our vacationing wishes. We would have access to all the resorts and restaurants, but would have to stay in our own assigned room. We purchased the insurance and spoke with her on Thursday 2-1-18 to make sure we were all set. Not one time did she mention, if we arrive and its not what we expected we could get a refund. This was not mentioned until the day I showed up at Morley travel, the day after we returned from this terrible resort. Her first words when she saw me on 2-15-18 were I have been trying to get a hold of you, strange because she has my contact number and my phone was working. My husband requested a meeting with both her and her boss, at that point she said the only thing a travel agent does is book flights and transfers. If that is the case then why were we told that our all inclusive vacation had access to the entire resort including restaurants. This will be the first and last use of this travel agency. Also will be making sure that our friends and families are aware not to use this agency as well. She then pretty much accused me of wanting a free vacation. We issued a complaint to both Apple Vacations the resort Grand Bahia Principe Bavaro in Punta Cana. We basically paid for this travel agent to go online an read resort reviews. Please save your time, money, and sanity and either book your vacation yourself or go to an agency that actually cares about their customers. Will chalk this up as a huge mistake and learning experience for when booking our next vacation in 2019. Thanks for revealing what you are about!!!
I have never done business with them, but their lot has been siting the middle of fashion square like a hub cap for years. Their outside has curb appeal but thats as far as it goes. Their website is vague about their business yet i bet they are one of the wealthiest businesses in saginaw. They focus on fortune 500 company parties or something? Or they act as an outsource for companies? No clue. They also tend to advertise they have lots of job openings but then end up firing a bunch of people a few months later. I havent heard good things about working for them either.
If you post a position and someone responds to your questions and intrest in them as a possible employee. Common curtiosy is to respond back. if you dont want to hire them. I see now the negative posts for this company are true. Very sad, time to take a look at your hiring practices and how employees are treated. You may not have such a high turn over, if you treated potential employees/ current employees with respect as they respected you in answering your questions or working for Morley. Have a great day, and continued turn over. Just being honest. I have a better job offer I accepted.
You did the wrong thing by firing an employee over a halloween costume. Shame on you.
