I have used Grand Voyages for many trips personal and business. I have never had one problem with them. Donna is on the ball with everything from start to finish. When we ran into problems at the hotel I called her and they were immediately taken care of. I will be going on a trip again in Feb 2019 and this will be who I will be going thru. I trust her and her company 100% with doing the right thing.
