Took my tower in to remove a virus. Im a self-employed independent bookseller. I got the call that my computer was done - picked it up for $120.00. Got it home and my ENTIRE BOOK DATABASE WAS GONE. I was angry & took it back go have my data base restored. They did not restore my active data base. Instead of having a 5,000 book inventory, I now have a 500 book data base and a ton of work ahead of me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.You did NOT restore my database. What you found was an old archived database - there was no current information. When I left my computer with you, my database had over 3,000 clients and 5,000 items in inventory. You gave it back to me with ZERO clients and 500 books. I had to download all my data from the companies I deal with.I stand by my rating. I was NEVER happy with your service. I just wanted to get the heck out of your store. NOW, you have the full story. You burned yourself.
