I’ve known Charlie for a long time. He always takes great care of me and gives me the best prices. But I’ve seen strangers walk in and get hooked up just as good as me. Point is, Charlie takes care of everyone and treats them like an old friend. His staff is all extremely knowledgeable and the repairs you think would take some time… are fixed on the spot within a blink of an eye. Always happy when I leave this place. 👍🏼👍🏼

I could not be more happy with this place! I went to get my screen replaced and they did it for a very reasonable price and continued helping me throughout my time there. Very nice and respectful people. My screen is fixed and my phone works like brand new! These people deserve way more credit than what they get!!

I needed a new iPhone battery installed. I called a couple other places first and the cheapest rate I was quoted was about $15 more than what Charlies quoted me. As most people know charlie’s offers many options for phone carriers such as metro, boost, sprit, and Verizon. I go there to switch from metro to Verizon. Since traveling for work has become much more frequent and metro is very spotty I decided to go to Charlies and make the switch, and the level of professionalism was outstanding. If I had to compare it to and actually Verizon store it wouldn’t compare, witch very much surprised me. Definitely one of those Saginaw gems you need any thing done with phones, laptops you want games, and game systems you want something done right? Charlies I’m telling you.

I would highly recommend Charlie’s Platinum Wireless for phone repair. I took my iPhone X in as the front glass was shattered and the screen was not working. In less than 15 minutes I was in and out.I have had the glass replaced before at another repair shop. I was informed by Erich that the past repair was not done correctly and that was the cause of not front camera not working - dust on the lens from an incorrectly installed screen. Erich even took the time to answer my questions regarding my repair.This was not the cheapest repair, but quality of service, speed of service, and warranty on the repair made it worth every penny.Cheers guys, keep up this great service for the community.

Do not bring your phone to these people. They fixed one issue and caused another that completely ruined my phone. I didnt even wanna go back to them since many were so unprofessional and not even caring in the slightest. Go to an authorized tech shop instead of these hacks.

I had a broken phone that I needed fixed quickly for my job. They fixed the screen, despite some additional water damage that caused some unexpected delays, and had my phone back within a little over and hour for a good price. Id recommend then for your cell phone needs.

Couple days ago I got my iPhone 7 screen fixed before coming to the store I always make sure I call to get a better understanding of prices I was told $45 for my iPhone7 screen repair several times but when I walked into the store handing my phone over Charlie told me $50 when I had already had the $45 on me which wasn’t fair to me as a customer I felt as if because I was young they took advantage changing prices on me. But for sum reason after my repair my battery get low quicker then usual and the Best Buy worker noticed it also after running test in my phone .

Its ok because the service is slow and there tends to be a wait. I wasnt impressed (to say the least) by the customer service I received which was not friendly or pleasant. This store only gets business from me because they offer repair services on site and the prices are reasonable.

We went in because the lock screen wasnt working. The nice man at the counter took it and came back and said here you go. He fixed it, a simple fix, and told us to have a nice day. We thought we were going to have to buy a new phone, but we left with it fixed for free. It only took us 5 minutes. Very nice staff and 10/10 service.

I have a Lenovo T510 Thinkpad and the screen was cracked on it. I took it to him yesterday around 2:30 p.m. and he had it done in just over 24 hours - greatly appreciated as I utilize this for my online business and could not conduct online meetings without this. It was more cost effective to get this fixed as opposed to buying a new laptop so it was well worth the time and money spent, especially considering the speedy service. Thanks Charlie!!

Charlies Got Me In Service In No Time

Attitude is everything in business and the guys working at Charlies attitudes SUCK! First things first, you all are cell phone salesman...NOTHING SPECIAL. stop acting like you know everything about everything. In addition when a customer asks to see a device you pull the device out and let them see it; not point at it in the glass. Learn how to talk to customers in an appropriate fashion. I will not recommend this place to anyone and be sure to tell anyone who asks about it to not go

Came in got my iPhone X flashed over hadn’t even had it over a week and a half been up there at least three to four times first time no internet service unless I was around wifi paid for the unlimited everything plan. They put me on a whole different plan with a different company telling me I can change over the following month or just pay my bill again for them to switch me I think not they are scammers. I won’t send nobody to them and I won’t be coming back.

Reasonable and honest. Friend bought a phone on a Fri. By Sun the battery would not charge. Took it in Monday and they replaced the battery with a new one and now its all set. The guys are great that work there !

I had locked myself out of my phone and risked loosing all my photos and contacts. My Samsung 6s edge+ needed a battery. The guy i talked to said bring it in and we will fix you up. I drove 25 minutes and was told they will crack my screen 95% of the time removing it, but we will sell you one for $10.00. You could have told me that and saved me the trip. I went to ( I REPAIR AND ACCESSORIES in Flint) They did a wonderful job with NO damage. They will get my future business

I went to get my speaker fixed & it broke the Same day. I also went to them because my charger was stuck in my phone… they got it out but they ruined the mother board & I wasn’t able to charge my phone again .

Claimed they would fix a phone. Then claimed the video board was bad, which I’m not disputing but charging me 25$ for nothing without letting me know there would be a “bench fee” before hand seems shady, I’m absolutely fine with a bench fee but you need to explain to your customer what that is and why it’s charged before you charge it. Especially if you can’t accomplish what the customer wants. One star due to failing to meet expectations and failing to explain that their would be a fee while failing to meet expectations.

I have been in this place 3 times. The first two times, I walked in, and nobody acknowledged me for the entire time. Once I started walking out, after about 10 minutes of standing there, THEN someone said be right with you.Went back the 3rd time in a bind because I needed a case for my new phone. $10.60 later, I have a case that only partially fits the phone. The guy who helped me was obviously preoccupied with other things and barely said 2 words to me the entire time.3rd time was enough for me to know I just need to write them off and go elsewhere.

Everytime I need something repaired or if I need a loaner they always are helpful. They repair my phone with no problems. They put minutes on my phone when I need them to in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anybody.

Terrible service! Totally racist toward white people, especially white women! Makes up prices as they go! Told my boyfriend a price, then told me when I came in 40$ more not knowing they had just talked to him!! Also then they told me, promised me they ordered the screen for my phone and it would be in on Wed, so I went in to get it with my daughter, and they said itd be there within the hour, then I went back with her, waited over 20 min to even be looked at and they still didnt have it, never ever got it in or gave a courtesy call. Terrible terrible service! So disappointed!

Terrible service. Lied to my family about prices. Promised to fix something and never even ordered the part, but still had them waiting and coming back again and again with their lies. Customer service skills were sub par even to hole in the wall joint standards!

They fixed a cracked screen and when i got it back i had a dead zone in the middle of the screen i took it back and they repaired the dead zone but it took longer then expected but they were friendly especially the tech guy he made sure my ipad was working like new.
