Was told I would not be charged for a tech to come to the house (asked for clarification several times before I agreed to this service) only to have the tech tell me that he could not fix the problem and he would not leave until he was paid $49.99. I paid with a credit card telling him I would ask for a refund. MULTIPLE phone calls and trips to the store later, I was told that while I was entitled to the refund, I needed to wait a couple of billing cycles for it to clear. Today I was told that I would not be getting the refund because it had to be issued within the first 30 days following the disputed service. Unbelievable!!! I have been a Geek Squad member for many years; these people will not get another cent from me!
Dillen was very helpful in figuring out why our cell phone was not working. The gentlemen working in this dept work as a team. Very satisfied with our experience at Geek Squad.
If you have a doctors note and can not tolerate mask. This place is not for you!!! Being a loyal customer it makes my heart hurt they are discriminating this way.
Do not recommend. These guys wouldn’t even try to fix my computer. Went somewhere else and they solved the issue infront of my eyes in less than 10 minutes. Geek squad must not know what they’re doing! They lost some easy business.
My iPhone died for no reason the other day. Apple told me to take it here because they are apple “certified”. After making an appointment, waiting for 20 minutes after our appointment time, and another 20 minutes for the “tech” to diagnose my phone, he told me that there was nothing that he could do. Even though my phone was still under warranty, he couldn’t swap it out for a new one, because he could not turn it on. I was infuriated at this point and just left. The tech at the apple store today said that there was no reason that he couldn’t swap it out.

A reliable place for most computer repair needs. Just wish they werent so far away for me (about 25 minutes drive one way, so not too bad as not to go, but still wish it could be closer, so it could be a little more convenient).
Horrible service. We dropped off our computer and it needed a new hard drive and new software. We had to order our software ourselves, have it delivered to our house and then take it into the store (who already had our computer). We told them we wanted the large hard drive as well. We dropped off the software and they said it would be 5 business days (we were told same day when we dropped it off) a couple days later they called to see if we were going to drop off our software! What?! YOU HAVE IT!Finally went to pick it up and they installed the wrong hard drive. And lost our power cord.I havent used my computer yet to see if its fixed... Ill be amazed if it works.WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
Wish there were a best buy closer.
Horrible Service. I gave them my information, and they typed in almost all of the shipping information incorrectly. When I called them to get it corrected they told me I would have to call back everyday to see if I could get the tracking information changed. Some of the most unhelpful people I have ever met; both the personal in the Saginaw Best Buy store and their in-call customer service.
