We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our first level ceiling. Jake from the Saginaw Wolgast was amazing! He was professional, friendly, kind and explained everything he was doing. Not to mention, how clean he was with a great attitude. We look forward to seeing him again tomorrow.

Hired this contractor after water damage in our basement. We waited at least two months for them to show up. Came one day, then wouldn’t come back until we called them repeatedly. The water damage was in June 2018. They started in about August, it is December and we are still dealing with them, only one room was affected. Every single thing they did was screwed up in some way. The job manager doesn’t talk to the people who actually do the work, or maybe it’s the other way around. They were supposed to come back for “touch up” after the carpet. So this weekend, with the holidays coming, my husband decides we will try to put back together what we can while we wait. He is putting the outlet covers back on, AND THEY DO NOT COVER THE HOLES IN THE DRYWALL. I am dumbfounded. Really? Your drywall crew doesn’t know how close they need to finish around an outlet so the covers do their job? They are standard size covers. Then I notice all of the white places in the paint. To be fair they are supposed to come back and touch up the paint. But now the carpet is down and the drywall has to be re-done and re-painted around EVERY SINGLE OUTLET. I can almost guarantee they will trash the new carpet during this process. If they ever come back. Maybe we just buy great big outlet covers?!

If you want the work done correctly you should hire someone else. Wolgast will take your money and hire the cheapest subcontractor that they can find. When I asked for the work to be fixed properly I was told they would not and I would need to do it myself or hire someone else.

I have worked for Wolgast for over five years, and have enjoyed my role in Business Development. With nearly 45 years of work experience, I can honestly say that this position has been my favorite. I owned my own company for thirteen years, and travelled extensively. Don’t even deserve 1-star... tried to screw over my in-laws on a window replacement. You’re not getting paid $3,000 for a basic window. We’ll gladly find another company that won’t take advantage of senior citizens!

Substandard work and abusive employees. Frankly, I’m surprised they’re in business with such poor ethics.

We are so happy. Bob Pratt from Wolgast did a fantastic job. He was very professional, kind, clean, and definitely knew what he was doing. He fixed the ceiling and matched the texture perfect!He’s also an excellent painter. Bob definitely has experience and went way above to make us happy. And we were very comfortable having him in our home when we weren’t there.Thanks Wolgast for hiring Bob!
