Very knowledgeable staff from the service manager to the technicians. I felt it was great service at very fair price.

One of the best repair shops around. Transmission, engine, brakes, whatever. Im in the car business and have sent countless repair orders to them and Ive been satisfied every time. Great people. I take my personal vehicles there too.

Highly unprofessional location don’t know how they’re still open pulled in to drop off a customer didn’t know a tow truck was backing in to the location dramatically beep the horn at me as I’m trying to tell him one second and OK I see that you need to back into the spot so I lower my window to tell him I need a little bit of patience so I can maneuver back and this lady decided to come out of nowhere and start screaming oh no no as if I was doing something wrong will never go to this business!!

I wished I could give them o stars the owner Char is RUDE! She claims the way they do business is perfect., because they are booked out unitl April, which is only 6 days away so that is not saying much. My car was there for a week before anyone looked at it, she lied several times about the pricing, at the end of the day she did not charge me for my car, I will provide a payment as I DO NOT expect handouts from anyone just good or decent customer service. But when you blame your customers for your problems it is time to rethink the way business is done. MY FAMILY WILL NOT RETURN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS PLACE

My folks told me the people at West MI Automotive (of Saginaw) repaired their RV. My very fussy parents were delighted about the quality work, the repair person attention to detail and informing my folks as to the what & why for the repairs. The W MI Auto folks also helped them get back to the freeway. Very positive experience.

Always take my vehicle here! They have amazing service, a great crew, and theyre always honest with their repairs. Im always treated like family over there, and they work with every customer to make sure theyre safe on the road and their vehicle is in its best condition. Can not recommend enough!

Very disappointed with their service department. Had an electrical problem and waited a week and could not even tell me it would be looked at on the 8th day. Took to another service and had the problem fixed in less than one hour!!However, I will say that if you have a transmission problem take it there and have Chuck look at it. He is simply the best and very professional.Transmission problem--YES--service problem--NO--

The absolute worst service Ive ever received for a car!!! It took them a week of looking at it to finally diagnose a dead battery!!!!!! They didnt even ask if we wanted them to fix it and fixed it on their own. $150 btw just to change a fricken battery!!! You couldnt pay me to take another car there.

Very reasonable reliable service!

The most unprofessional over priced service center in town. Went for outer tie rod and they attempted to charge $4-500 over and above what I actually got it done for. Further, rhey had my car for 12 or more hours just to tell me that. Con artists. Different prices for different people. Horrible. Will not return! Ever!
