Very easy to schedule the visit on line. When I arrived I was friendly greeted by the staff. He explained what they ere going to do to the vehicle. Being my first visit with this vehicle he welcomed me to their facility. I went to the waiting room where there was coffee provided. In a couple of minutes a woman came up to me and asked if she could wash my car. I agreed. The whole process took less than the hour they estimated. They explained what they did and found and set a date for the next maintenance appointmentExcellent experience.

Fast, friendly service department. Lined us up with their recommendations for service based on our perception of need. We thought their recommendation made sense. Natalie gave us an estimate of price and service time and a nice area to sit and wait if needed. The estimated time was correct. Natalie quickly handled our checkout, the cost as estimated. Had an unknown vibration only from the drivers side. McDonald’s rebalanced the wheel weights at my request and then checked suspension, etc.No problem was discovered but symptoms are extremely likely to be my turbo and/or exhaust pipes that are under the passenger seat.I just wanted to feel confident that nothing was really wrong. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I have been buying cars at McDonalds for around 40 years and have always been happy.I think it only took less than thirty minutes to complete the job.

With the lack of inventory your dealership did have the exact vehicle I was interested in, the XT4 garnet metallic sports package. Well I had been looking for a new car for a while now as mine was too small for my small family. And when I walked into this dealership it felt as if they all are family! They were super helpful and welcoming! And super quick and such Joys to work with! So glad I went to McDonald’s in Saginaw! I think I’ll be buying all my future vehicles there from now on!

My appointment was for 10:00am and was going to wait for my car. They said it would take about 1 1/2- 2 hours to put on my new tires. So I decided to have my daughter pick me up for a 2 hour visit. While after not hearing from service so I called and they said maybe 15 more minutes. It actually to 4 hours to mount 4 new tires and that just isn’t acceptable.

Had a great shopping experiance once again at McDonald. This time at McDonalds GMC. Our sales man Shane was very polite and helpful every step of the way. Also when we closed the deal Heather made the signing simple and easy! I would not hesitate to purchase or lease a vehicle from McDonald. Great people to work with.

There was no follow up or communication regarding the issues with my car unless I called for an update. There wasn’t a loaner car available either time I brought my car in. You had my not even a year old Arcadia for a total of 2 weeks. When I came into the cashiers office on separate occasions both girls were on their phones and I not paying attention to people at the window. The ONLY person who helped me in the service area was Natalie. She is amazing. Ryan Thurston also made sure to reach out to the service department for assistance to me (which he shouldn’t have had to do since I bought my car less than a year ago). Honestly at this point, I do not believe that I will return to this dealership for service or when my lease is up. This experience was awful, had the service techs communicated with me from the beginning it would have changed my view on this whole situation

I did not like the fact you send me a text with over $900 of suggested repairs to sign. If I hadn’t read through and just TRUSTED you had the things on it that I brought the vehicle in for I would have suggested repairs I could not pay for Then you want to charge diagnostics charges for everything on MY list of over $300 You want to charge me $67 to check the computer for recalls on my vehicle. I think I will find somewhere else to fo oil changes and repairs!

Went in for an oil change and 15000 mile service on my 2020 Sierra. Service was fast, friendly, and their waiting area is very large and comfortable with nearby bathrooms that were clean (at least the men’s was, I didn’t go in the other). Service advisor discussed options and created a maintenance list for the visit tailored to my specific vehicle and not merely 100% by the book nor did he try to sell me services I didn’t need. For instance I chose a package that had a few additives (for fuel and oil systems) but he recognized that I didn’t need an alignment nor wiper blades so he took those items off the list. Only possible negative things I could say was that whoever drove my truck out was much shorter than me as the seat was moved forward and left a tiny bit of schmutz on my steering wheel, and there were a few barely noticeable glove marks on my hood that wiped off easily with my detail spray, seriously though I have zero complaints and I’m very nitpicky about my truck. If I’m in the area again when my truck is due for service I would definitely take it there again!

They have started sending me spam text messages took a very long time for a simple oil change and had an excessive amount of forms they were filling out and had an old advertisement still on their website. I bought a new 2021 Acadia AT4 from Braydon. When I was inquiring to different dealers McDonalds was the most prompt and professional. Braydon knew everything about the vehicle, was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend McDonalds and especially Braydon!

They contacted me after asking KBB for a price on my car. A lady called me asking exact features. Sat and read everything off of the sheet I got from buying it. Told her its a 6 speed stick and everything. They offered me 3-4k over the phone. Past that I drove an extra 45 there and back just to be told yeah no we could give you under the additional offer of 1200 at 1k-1100. Very disappointed in the whole experience didnt even honor the guaranteed price from KBB. Bad experience all over. Sales guy was decent but management and the person that contacted me definitely need to coordinate more before they throw a number at a customer and have them drive there for absolute jack nothing.

My car was running rough at a stop, so yesterday afternoon I called to see if I could get it in because I was already in Saginaw. They told me to come on over. They got me in quickly & told me I needed a tune up as it had never been completed & my car was just over 100,000 miles. They needed to keep it overnight so they gave me a car to drive home. It was a 2021 Cadillac XT5. Very fancy! I was a little nervous about driving it, but that was so nice of them. I picked my car up this afternoon & it is running smoothly again. Very nice people, always positive. My husband even said how nice everyone was there. Oh! And I had received a coupon in the mail from the Midland Cadillac dealer & they honored it! It saved me $40.00. Awesome!!

Wasnt very prompt for pick up time, but it is a busy business. Had a front end alignment done with all new ball joints, complete steering linkage and both front cv half shafts seems how I w it is AWD. Job had a small deviation due to 2 rusted bolts for caster/camber on the drivers side. It steers and tracks good so far. Thanks again, SVC dept.

It was a fair and pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle. There were some mix ups on the paperwork but the staff was apologetic and quickly worked to resolve them.

They repaired a problem that a different repair failed to fix. This repair shop started the initial repair and later called me saying they coud not fix it. The dealership repaired the problem quickly.

My sales person Braydon is a very customer focused person. I appreciated everything he did from our first contact until I drove out of the dealership. Do what you need to do to hang on to Braydon!!! The sales manager was a different store. He didn’t care about the customer at all, get the truck in get it out ASAP, at all cost!!! It was Thursday and I worked as well as Friday. I couldn’t find anyone to drive me down from Traverse City until Monday. He told me if I didn’t pick up my truck Saturday it’s going back on the lot for sale even thou I had $1000.00 deposit!!! I had to have my brother in law call in sick and I had to pay his wage so I could come down and pick up my truck. Usually I look forward to picking up a new car, but I couldn’t wait for Saturday to be over with!!!

I have been going to McDonald for my oil change for 5 years and on 2 different occasion was over changed for service that was needed on my car by Tom. On one occassion he tried to charge ne $300 for a simpke switch that needed to be adjusted for my air conditioner to work properly. After that I stop using their services because I couldnt trust them. My advice would be, not to deal with Tom in the service department he will over charge for service you dont need.need.
