Thought I had a transmission issue. Heard a knocking noise. Took it here because I was told they do a good job. Charged me 700 bucks. The knocking noise didnt go away and my transmission collum dislocated and I had to be towed back from bay city. Then charged me another 60 bucks for fixing that. My collum has felt loose ever since and I still have the knocking sound. I will never go back and I will no longer suggest them.

Cant say enough GOOD WORDS, they investigated; product, price & availability to replace it, all within an hour & a half. Dont hesitate there service.

They had me bring the car in on Monday and i had to call acouple times to check why it wasnt even looked at. Finally Wed. After my call they checked it and said easy fix will be done that afternoon. Which it was. During a nice conversation with the clerk it came out that i was a Trump supporter. At that point her attatude changed to where she became rude and came close to calling me stupid. I left very upset. The car was fixed but, I didnt appreciate the way i was treated by the clerk. It was totally uncalled for. Joann Seegmiller.

Excellent Service and Treats You Like Family! I heard about Jim Redmonds shop through a friend after getting tired with other shops in the area. Redmondss shop found the problem in about 1hr and got it fixed. Very friendly and straight forward. They dont try to rip you off in any way. Charges are very reasonable too.

I own a computer repair business and we put a lot of miles on our service vans every year. Redmonds is the only place I will ever take our vehicles for repair. Honest, local, friendly and they have never tried offering any unnecessary repairs. The price is reasonable and I have never had a problem with any of the repairs or work they have done for us. Jim and his entire crew are honest and trustworthy which is something hard to find in the automotive repair industry. I have taken my vehicles there exclusively for over a year and never had an unpleasant experience. They have never suggested repairs that werent necessary.
