I had a wonderful experience with Luxem Design.i am not the kind of person who usually write review online unleast the experience way about my expectation. Chris and his team did an amzing work at my house. My house have 18 windows plus the back door with glass. I used to spent a lot of money on AC and heater before Luxem replaced my windows. Now in the hot California summer compared to last year i save on average $60 on my monthly electric bill due to a better insulation from my new window.The main reason why my experience with luxem Design was amazing is the the result was unbelievably time. honestly i would have not imagine that the result will be this nice with the new window from Luxem.moreover the installation of the window was fast and not too disturbing.Chris gave me a very good deal to replace all my window at a very low price.it was and amazing experience. i will definitely recommend Luxem Design this to anyone who need need new house windows .

Fantastic windows, beautiful workmanship! Cant say enough good things about the new windows from Luxem Design. The mechanics of the windows are easy to use and the accessibility of cleaning both sections of the double hung windows is marvelous. Chris demonstrated the product well, answered any questions we had, and was very accessible to further inquires. He guided us through the financing options so that we could make an informed decision and the time frame from placing the order to installation was as stated. Installation was done quickly by Vlad and his coworker with care and courtesy.

I had been thinking for some time about changing my old windows and sliding glass door but wasnt sure who I could trust for the job. I am glad I heard about LUXEM. Chris and the crew were great. Chris took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure it would meet City code. Calls were returned promptly and the installation crew arrived on time. The job which included taking down and putting back my blinds was completed during one morning and early afternoon hours. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. The new windows are beautiful and make a big difference in the look of my old house.

Our new windows have gotten lots of compliments. It made the whole house look newer. Its great to be able to open windows that used to be so old and sticky that we just left them closed. The patio slider can be locked in a slightly open position so you feel safe at night. It changed the whole look of our bedroom. What was amazing is that it was all done in a day.

We had a really good experience with the entire process of getting new windows for our home. Our sales rep Chris went above and beyond for us. Chris happened to stop by our house probably because we live in a nice neighborhood but had really old windows with bars covering them. We just happened to have a appt with a different program to get a quote and they were definitely a lot more expensive and the sales rep didnt know what he was doing. Our guys that installed the windows were very professional and even did a little extra since we had huge pull cords for the bars he took those out and filled in the holes. If you are looking for new windows Luxem Design is the way to go.
