I am a contractor in Sacramento and go through a lot of trucks. We put miles on them and need tire replacements consistently. Over the last 30 years I have had a couple different tire shops that I have used. I am glad I came across Ali about 6 years ago. My family and I have bought numerous sets of tires, rims, lifts ect. and Tire and wheel mart always makes sure its right for me. Recently they did a lift on my brand new Tacoma and put 33 offset tires and rims on as well. It doesnt pull at all or shake at any speed. Went to California tire and rim and they acted like i wasnt even there. They were rude and didnt want my business. Was bout to give up and googled one more time and came across this business. Sadly I am not happy with their services, I went there because my car was pulling one side, they said aliment problem and bad tires. I paid for aliment and I bought 2 new tires, but it didnt fix the problem then I went toyota the fixed the problem for only 60$

Great service and fair prices. Ali took good care of us. Unfortunately several customers were not wearing masks and not practicing social distancing. The waiting area was crowded so we walked to Target. Happy otherwise but more could be done to keep customers and employees safe.

Great price - Sadly they told me the wheels for my truck would fit inside the fenders. When I brought up they did not fit and that I was not happy I was basically hustled out the shop door and no one gave two craps. That not far out Thats the style now I am very upset. 1600.00 blown on the wrong stuff and at a tire shop that does not care to slow down enough to listen to their customers needs.They took my CASH (HARD CASH) and then showed me the truck at closing time at told me Those are the wheels you wantedI am not a wheel professional I expect a shop to keep them inside the fenders or tell me to pick a different wheel.Be wary of using cash.

Went to them for several years before I moved to Palm springs very very awesome very very good tires I wish they were down here in Palm springs and their prices are extremely reasonable by the pair of tires that had 40,000 MI limit I got at least 68,000 mi on them

Dont let the informal atomosphere fool you. They will have the tire that you need and can install it in less than 15 minutes. Prices are quite good, as well. If you have the choice of going here, even if less convenient, you wont regret it.

I do not reccomend anyone to go to this place. Very bad services. Scratched my 57dr gramlights and tried to blame it on another shop. Wish I can post pictures of the grooves so everyone of yall can see the poor job they did when they scraped off the weights on the rims. They offered to respray it and do a touch up paint on the rims; but sadly it was a very poor job done with lots of paint drips from the spray can being too close and it still shows the markings of the damage they did on it. Never going back to this place for any use.

Sean is the best! He got me a great deal on a set of new tires and alignment adjustment. Place is comfy and welcoming. They have plush chairs, cold drinks, new tv, tons of magazines, short wait times. Paid 250, waited 45 minutes!

I cant believe the reviews in here. I confidentially say that this is the worst tire shop in Sacramento. first, i bought two front tires, as soon as i pulled out the shop the car started pulling to the right. i went back to tell them about the issue. they said you need to align the car and your car alignment is not adjustable so u need to buy parts, which costs $500. I couldnt believe it so i went to another shop to check my alignment. They told me your alignment is perfect and the issue is from the new tires. i went back to them with a print out of my alignment. they gave me a new set of different brand and i had to pay the difference. HOWEVER, after the second set the car started pulling to the left!!! can someone explains what is that mean? it means my alignment has no problem and they sell really bad tires. I went back, they refused to gave me a solution and they insisted that the problem is from my alignment. i ended up rotating my staggered wheels so i can drive the car with no issues. NOT TO MENTION THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE.= SO BAD

I am so confused how this place has such a high rating of stars! Worst place ever! The fact that they have high stars is why went to have services done with them! I went for a simple alignment, because my car slightly was going to the right. Well I leave without allowing them to rotate my wheels, because a lug nut would have to be broke since it was stuck, on one side, but not the other and I told them just let it be I didnt want to pay extra money for that. Well I left and then my car is curving to the right so much worse than before. So I take it back and he claims it was cause he didnt rotate my wheels. Well I allowed him to rotate them and after already rotating one side and then breaking the lug nut off the other he realizes he has no room to replace the lug nut and needs a special machine they dont have! Why he didnt see that on the other side is beyond me, but he puts it on with only 3 lug nuts! So I get in my car to leave and it wouldnt start! It finally started after about 4-5 turns and one of my service lights were all of a sudden on and my car is putt putting and wouldnt even hit the 20 mile mark. So I took it back and they rotated my tires back to how they were in the first place, but my car still is putt putting and not hitting 20 miles. I DONT KNOW what this place did, they claim they werent under my hood, which I dont see why they would be for tires, but whatever happened at that shop caused my car to mess up and now I have to pocket out $95 alone for a lug nut replacement and who knows what else I have to pocket out to figure out what the hell is wrong with my car now when all I wanted was a simple $50 alignment for a slight right curve! I would give ZERO stars if I could! Ridiculous!!
