I brought in two sets of BBS wheels both valuing a total of close to $10,000. I have previously supported the business for about three years coming in each time with rims valued at $3500+, and my last visit was very different. They scratched one full set and damaged the faces of two of them. On the other set they broke my valve stems and didnt install my TPMS properly so all the tires were leaking. I gave them over two weeks from the point of the incident to take care of both talking to the workers about the incident and getting me the information about the powder coating to repair the face on one wheel and I heard nothing. They also stated that they have been in this business for a long time and have righted their wrongs but to me it seems like they hide and ignore you until you let it go. As a business owner myself, even if a problem with my product persisted a week later I would still offer to fix anything that I could to make sure the customer was still satisfied. After finally being in contact with Moe a month later, he let me know how much they were going to cover and I asked if an easier solution of two tires with mount and install could possibly be done instead of getting the face resprayed and he said that they could do that. Fast forward to me being in town he told me the tires were there but that I had to pay for them. I reminded him that they said they could do the deal of tires instead of painting the face of the wheel and I never heard back from them since.

They didn’t tighten my front wheel. I could’ve died for starters. For two, the other nuts they put on were over tightened. The nuts were totally smashed in and broken. And I want an explanation as to why two of my tires had new nuts on them and weren’t replaced with the old ones? I have pictures and videos to provide for anyone who needs them. I would never recommend this place for anyone! Because they clearly didn’t know what they were doing!

Nice spot. Went on a Sunday and they were open. Didnt have them there though so I had to come back Monday. Its cool. Bit pricier then Im used to but still cheaper then larger chain tire shops. Ill most likely shop around for another tire shop next go around.

Sam and the rest of the guys did a great job hooking my Kia Stinger up with the exact tires & wheels that made my car pop! They know tires & wheels. I’m extremely satisfied.

Great experience getting tires here. They have the best pricing and service seems to be fantastic too. I purchased a new set of four tires and noticed a shake at highway speeds from 70-75mph, they rebalanced them no questions asked and fixed the issue. Definitely sending my friends here for tires!

I cant say enough good things about tire guys. Im a nobody but every time i come in no matter how busy they are they always manage to make me feel like im the only one they are attending to. They make sure if another store has the tire i need they get it within the hour to put on my ride or if my tire needs repair im not leaving without my tire being road ready. When i buy new rims from them or not they always take care of my tire needs like if i did just buy the rims from them. If you wanna be taken well care of go to tire guys

The chubby guy in the front has no type of good customer service. Was rude and not very friendly. Waited over a hour in a half for some tires to be mounted. Would not recommend this place.

Great customer service. No questions too dumb or no jobs to small. I dont know if it was a former customer or friend that came by the shop while I was waiting for them to finish to work on my vehicle. But while he was talking to me he asked me excuse me for a second, walked outside to help a gentleman who pulled up and just needed some air for his tire. But then the man asked how much do I owe you and the store manager said dont worry about it bro its free. Thats great customer service to me. I live in Elk Grove but I will always drive to this location.

Great experience. Had sway bar links and rear brakes replaced on a 2010 Mercedes C300. Price was reasonable, as we got parts from the dealer cheaper than if I would have gone to them directly. Excellent customer service throughout the process; will be coming back for future tire and suspension work; definitely recommend these guys. One of the most convenient, high quality shops in town; their gallery on Florin and I-5 is really nice and upscale as well.

I came to get an alignment, because I drove onto a curb at 25 mph. They started out by telling me I needed new tires and brakes. I went with them with the tires, but the brakes were just replaced, within a year with ceramic pads and good rotors. I didnt go with the brakes, though they insisted. About 20 minutes after they replaced the tires, they said I was good to go. I asked about the alignment, and they said it was good. Never got a printout from them, and when I called them, they said they would email it to me. They got my email, but I never got it. I think Ill go to another place to get the alignment checked. Will do 4 stars if they got the alignment right, 2 stars if wrong.Update: two days later, I went to USA Wheel & Tire across the intersection, they did the alignment, and found that it was bad. They fixed it and gave me a printout of before and after.2 stars for the Tire Guys.

Came in wanting to buy wheels and tires. At first I thought everything was going good, I did all my research and I knew what I was talking about, however the representative had an ego to him and somewhat shrugged off any of my comments. He also contradicted himself and personally I thought the wheel/tire package was a tiny bit overpriced. Really wished y’all couldve helped me since it was recommended to me, but I will have to take a HARD pass on this shop. Needs better customer service.

Sold my a tire with 90%tread but turfed sidewall and it blew up on the freeway it’s not quality work as you can see they put a trash tire couldn’t even last a month go to agb tire shop instead never had a problem there w agb used tires the tires outlasted the car tire guys are the worst place to get used tires or a balance

I went there to check my tires but the place is as own by Les Schwabs and its very nice I love Les Schwabs and easy to do you need to get good credit there and you need to you dont have the money anyway you want to apply for credit are really easy to get that I needed a tire there and I got a good deal and I got it and paid for it is its good its a good area to very nice

I called to get brakes done (already had the parts) and told them I can be there in 15 min and I got there and he didn’t want to do it anymore because they didn’t have time and it was going to take 1hr 30 min to do front brakes on a corolla. Went to Sierra tire wheel on Fruitridge and got it done within 30 minutes.

Great shop for customized cars I have aftermarket rims and they are always careful to not scratch them. Their techs really take care of your car like its their own. The owner Wasif is always helpful and always gets me the best price on new tires.

Went in for an 2 wheel alignment and steering wheel was not centered and now it is really off. They claim it is because I need new tires, but I know for a fact it wouldn’t be this off. Never going back there.

Ive gotten a few sets of tires for my BMW from Tire Guys. The price has always been cheaper than other shops in town and they didnt charge me a BMW tax like some other places. These guys will take care of you and your car.
