Absolutely the best! Provided a vehicle upgrade without charge due to availability and the new vehicle fit my needs better than the one reserved. Called me to make sure everything was going well with the rental. Easy after hours return too.

Reserved a truck practically a week in advance. Came in to pick it up, they didn’t have it available. Did not even acknowledged their messup. Instead of apologizing, all they said “I hear you”. Well If you want to be heard, but jeopardize your business - Enterprise is the way to go.

The cargo van that I rented was comfortable and exactly what I needed. But, when I returned it they rented it right back out while I was standing there and told the employee to just wipe down the steering wheel. So much for sanitizing between customers. Maybe the man that needed it didn’t care, but I do. Now I don’t know if it was sanitized before I rented it, or if they ever sanitize.

Looked at UHaul, Budget and Enterprise online first. None had a rental at month end. I decided to drive to Enterprise to confirm since it was just down the street. I lucked out. A 12 foot bed Chevy Express van was available. For one day with insurance it was about $100. Fine. Paperwork was a snap and counter service excellent. It was the last van so I felt lucky. I asked about leaving my car there over night and the rep assured me it was safe. Its a busy street and they have cameras everywhere.

Pick up was quick and easy. Clean truck, low miles. Rented a Dodge ram 2500 diesel for our job; worked out great, just like we expected from Enterprise

Thee only place to rent a truck to move locally with. 50 a day plus 70cents per mile holy cow. Get it, got it, good. Now use them and nobody else. I luv these people. Tellem Kerry the great sent ya.

Ive rented the 16 box truck with lift gate 3 times & 26 box truck with lift gate. The h*** with the trucks that have a ramp. If you want your move to be a lot easier, you go to Enterprise and get the trucks with the lift gate!

Rented an F-250 Super Duty here to drive to Arizona and tow a car back. Excellent deal and even better customer service. They had answers to all of my questions and were very thorough. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work!

I believe it was James who helped us over the phone. The office was closing. We had broken down on the side of the road and needed a truck to pull our trailer. We had called several locations and he was the only one who would stay open an extra 20 minutes to save the day and make a families trip still come to fruition. Friendly, professional, prompt and courteous service. Staff is always available to serve with a great positive attitude. Trucks are frequenly needing oil change upon rental, gas truck options are not good for the traveller however the diesel trucks offer great experiences.

Would have given 5 stars but even though I reserved a 1 ton truck 1 week prior to wanting it didnt have it they had to rent me a truck that was supposed to be sold instead of rented.Im glad I was able to get a 1 ton truck but I kind of felt like I was in that Sinefeld episode where he had reserved a car and they didnt have it.Tomi the service clerk was friendly and compident.

Small area at entrance but customer service pretty good. Had to weight a little at pick up because they had to get it gassed up.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The eqyipment is kept in good shape.

Tomi really helped me out by renting me a truck when I was desperate. The Ford f250 super duty was a reasonable price and hauled my trailer like it was nothing.
