I wish this was recorded.. Rude as hell over the phone I asked one question and he went on for 2 minutes on a rant on how I should not even ask. Incoherent and rude as hell. I have never had a good experience with Budget. If you want to be condescended and talked down too while the owner or phone operator cares little for you needs or business this is your one stop shop. They are clearly good and off to not need your business.

It could use a good scrubbing, but otherwise its a gem.

Weren’t even open during their posted hours. I rented a truck over the phone, showed up and no one there.

These guys are great. When we had some special requests they worked with us to make it work. Im so used to being told no when asking a company to help me out in a way that differs from standard policy that its such a relief when company men actually try to help. These guys are really willing to meet your needs.

Really unclear on all of these negative responses here (and slightly suspicious of them as some of the posters seem to have gone after budgets generally). These guys are old and old school, but theyre huge believers in customer service and will go out of their way to make things work for you. Theyve helped me out a number of times and Ive been extremely satisfied with the experience renting here.

Frank and Phil are great. I rent big trucks from them 4-5 times a month and are always very accommodating.

Make sure to call in if you setup your reservation online. Reserving online doesnt mean they have the truck you want. Call, call, call. They didnt have the truck I reserved. Fortunately, they had something similar but it could have put me in a really tough spot. Not that it matters much for a truck rental place but its the messiest business Ive ever been in. Garbage is piled up to the ceiling.

Big moving day, all the family and friends cleared out their schedule to help, except good ole budget doesnt have the truck we reserved and paid $170 for.We walked into the building and were promptly greeted by a maze of paper files and garbage, and then the real gem, the angriest old man ever. He just kept yelling at us to call the number. Over and over again, WE DONT HAVE ANY TRUCKS, YOU NEVER SCHEDULED ONE WITH US! He literally ran my wife out of the building next to them when we checked in to see if there was a mistake and we went to the wrong place. He just chased her yelling NO TRUCKS!Budget ruined one of the biggest days of my life. They robbed me of my excitement for moving into my new home, my first house. Worst experience with a business ever.

Rented from them and they made it so easy and painless. Plan on doing it again.

I returned a truck to this location after a one way move. Refueld the truck at a nearby gas station, gauge read completely full, and I was still charged a refueling fee because I did not physically look into the fuel tank to verify it was full. The rep at the counter stated you cannot go by the gauge. What? And as others have mentioned, the office is an absolute mess full of old files, newspapers, and trash. It looks as if it is being ran by hoarders. Do not rent from this location.

Some problems with the reservation. Check engine light on the truck. Lights problem with the trailer. Blown tire. Broken axle. New trailer has broken safety break away. Currently left me on the highway for 33 hours unable to continue.

The old man (owner) asked if I would be driving the truck.. Im fat and he made it known the whole time I was there! Duh!!

Never will I ever try and rent a truck from this location again.I made a reservation online and when it was time to go get the truck I was told that there were no trucks available. The guy who works there showed me on the computer that me and several other people had reservations and that there werent any trucks. A couple days later I get charged a $50 fee for not picking up the truck I reserved. I received my money backa week later after contacting customer service. DONT MAKE RESERVATIONS ON LINE FOR THIS LOCATION IT!!!!!!

I made a reservation through the Budget website and received a confirmation email. My reservation was not honored by the local store and I was told that there is no connection between the online inventory and what they actually have in stock at this location. Stay away.

DOES NOT HAVE AFTER HOURS DROP OFF.

Terrible service. Their computer system has no idea how many trucks they have. My truck was booked by 3 other customers. Staff was unwilling to resolve issue and I was forced to call around town looking for another truck.

Horrible experience. Do not rent from this location.

Avoid at all costs!
