Serenity Dental is the most professional and cordial dental office in Sacramento. The staff is always extremely nice and they make you feel relaxed and welcomed. From the moment I walk into the office, I am greeted with a smile. I have the worst dental anxiety because I have extremely sensitive gums and even standard cleanings are painful. Dr. Sashi, who recently joined the practice, is the first dentist to offer me an alternative to the tortuous numbing shot. She listened to my concerns and was empathetic to my fears. I never thought Id use the words dentist and wonderful in the same sentence, but it was wonderfully pleasant! l No more stress, clenching, and digging my nails into the dental chair during the numbing process. I no longer have a love-hate relationship with the dentist and its all because of Dr. Sashi. Thank you also to the hygienist! I will continue to be a patient at Serenity Dental as long as they are in business.

Serenity Dental in Sacramento I was visiting the Sacramento area and decided to have my teeth cleaned at Serenity they noticed I had GERD and made sure to bring it up so I take care of the problem before it gets worse. Thats something that my own dentist in Las Vegas never brought up to me so I was pretty happy that I was able to take care of the situation early on

I am fairly new to Sac, and am getting established here. I had a bad tooth ache and was afraid it would take me forever to get in anywhere as a new patient. I feel very lucky to have found Serenity Dental it is so close to my home, and they were very sweet starting from front desk lady that took my initial call, she was diligent in getting me in ASAP due to my pain, and she got me in next day! I am impressed with this office, very clean and friendly. I have found MY Dentist (Dr. Vilderman). Super professional, kind and took his time with me. Very gentle too. Gave me options, and is willing to do all he can. Assistant very sweet as well, I felt welcomed there and taken care of. Highly recommend this office to anyone!

The doctors were so patient abs gentle. I had servers fillings done and did not feel an ounce of pain during the work! By far my favorite place to do my dental work!

Very attentive to patients needs and informative on what is going on. I have been a patient for over 3 years and have been 100% satisfied each visit. The visits are not rushed and every possible next step is explored. My dental needs are taken care of. The team is fantastic!!!!

I decided to give them a call since I had to reschedule my appointment and my dentist would have to put me out another two months. But my mouth was hurting so I called Serenity up (my husband had been going to them for a year) and they got me in two days prior to my original appointment.Their Covid protocol is simple and very clear as you walk in.The hygienist was very personable and very gentle.The dentist, Dr. Kim, had a very open personality which made me feel welcome and not just another patient. I was having an issue with cold sensitivity and while they were unable to find a cavity they told me what may be going on, how to correct, and even made sure to focus on the section with a specific covering to try and lessen the sensitivity.I even asked her to relook at it and she did without seeming like I was putting her out or slowing her down. I think i have found a new dentist.

Had a wisdom tooth pulled here the experience and staff were great. Michelle at the counter was very helpful in finding a day to work with me and my work schedule as i was making it difficult with changes. The operation went smooth, easy, and quick. Thanks again staff at serenity dental.

I went in on a last minute emergency and the front staff were so nice and squeezed my appointment in. I saw the dentist after a short wait and he explained everything to me in detail I felt so much at ease I walked in with a lot of pain and I walked out the same day feeing great. I love this place!!!!

I have seen Dr. Alex Vilderman at Serenity Dental for 7 years. I have never had a more professional, knowledgeable and courteous doctor. He has performed 3 dental implants and a few crowns, as well as exchanging my amalgam fillings for white fillings. I love my smile, and I am grateful to Dr. Alex and the staff at Serenity Dental for their outstanding service. The ladies in the front desk are attentive and helpful, and the dental assistants are also courteous, ensuring that you are comfortable the entire time while in the chair. Five stars!

Several “hour delayed” appointments over the past year without apology. Staff summarily responds doctor can see you anytime within the hour, i.e. 9am appointment, doctor can see you at 9:59am. Easy remedy, family no longer patronize.

Staff give you a friendly and helpful vibe. Clean establishment. My favorite is Dr. Vilderman. He is simply a top notch dentist, one you could put your faith, trust and piece of mind that your procedures would go well.

Absolutely terrible place! Had to pay for a consultation twice for the same reason! Then the doctor would not allow me (the wife) in the room while he spoke with my husband about a treatment plan! He was rude and inconsiderate! I would never go here ever again! I am a nurse and I have NEVER kicked a family member out to talk with a patient about treatment options!!!

I brought my son to Serenity Dental after being referred by Childrens Choice. My son is very nervous about seeing a dentist. They have a very gentle and understanding touch. My son has had ALLOT of dental work and this office had been very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. The location is great located next to the orthodontist and surgeons if you need one. Thank you Serenity Dental for taking care of my sons needs. :)

Serenity dental is awsome the staff and Drs are friendly and do a great job.

I saw Dr. Nina for a tooth ache. I thought I had a cavity and was worried. She assured me it was not a cavity and knew how to treat my tooth sensitivity. After a week I feel much better. She did an excellent job with the cleaning and I look forward to seeing her again.

Sometimes it takes a while to get scheduled another appointment. Waiting in the lobby can range anywhere from 10-20 minutes. They never tell you upfront the cost or how much insurance is going to cover. They just provide the service and expect you to pay it.

Met with Zuleika in person shes the front desk point of contact, spoke with her prior over the phone and she clearly stated today on Friday May 19, 2018 that they except Medical.Left excited told her Ill call later today to make an appt, she said ok!I called as Ive mentioned to make an appt and was told, OH WE DONT EXCEPT MEDICALWhat a joke wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!

I had a tooth pulled here. I cant say the guy was friendly or patient with me. Afterwards I got a bad lock jaw infection which he and his stitches didnt prevent.

Service is okay, but they billed me unreasonable amount saying my insurance did not refund them which was not true.they are corrupted!!!!!

This place is awesome, had a horrible experience at another dentist place, and went to serenity and the took care of me and my fears..thank you
