All of the staff was very friendly. They helped me understand everything about my sons treatment. The dental assistant helping us was incredible at putting my son at ease and answering all of his questions. She was funny and friendly.

Made an appointment because I have been wanting braces for a long time. The office was nice the staff was really nice and helpful with questions I asked and overall everyone was helpful I am now on my way to have a great smile. This place is amazing, I had gone through them over eight years ago when I had my braces, now I get to take my kiddos to have the great service I had, currently my daughter is doing her braces then most likely my other kiddos will follow in line, wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!!

I brought my son in for an orthodontic consultation, and from start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were very professional, polite and friendly. The office has a very nice feel overall, and a comfortable waiting area, one of the nicest Ive seen! They gave us detailed information throughout the process, which helped us to understand with complete clarity on how the treatment process works. There can be a slight wait time on sending in information to your insurance company, if that is how you are financing the procedures, but that would be standard for any office, so not a problem at all, just for informational purposes. They also offer very reasonable payment options. If you are looking into getting braces for yourself or your child, I highly recommend Hoybjerg Family Orthodontics!!

Dr. Hoybjerg and everyone on his staff have been so kind and awesome over the past 2 years while both of my kids have had braces. One of my kids has special needs and they have been very patient with him and accommodating. Dr. Hoybjerg is very compassionate and caring. I would recommend him for anyone of any age who need braces.

This place is great if you want to take your children to get seen for braces and other options to straighten your teeth, they have it all. And at affordable prices and everyone there is professional and very nice. My son needed some serious work done and his out-of-pocket costs were way less than what we thought it was going to be. I’m so glad that I did an estimate with them and will be proceeding with them to do the work to fix his teeth.

Two of my kids needed braces, my plan was to have the consult but to do one at a time because of the costs. However, Hoybjerg was so easy to work with and had such reasonable payment plans we decided to do both at the same time. They are very friendly, straight forward and quick. I have been very pleased so far. They are also handling the COVID restrictions very well, we have always felt safe.

We traveled 1 hour plus for each appointment but it was worth it! The staff is friendly and they are quick to get each client in and out. If we had to reschedule, it was never a problem.

Our son Ethan started with the orthodontist office when he was 8. We just got pictures of his once very crowded teeth and now they are spaced out better. Still more work to do but it is nice knowing atleast his adult teeth will come in spaced nicer than before we started at Dr Hoybergs office.

THIS OFFICE IS AMAZING! Getting braces was a really big deal for me and I was incredibly nervous. This place from start to finish is full of amazingly friendly faces! Each person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable even though it was my first time there. When I sat down to talk about prices the woman I spoke to not only knew what she was talking about, but gave me honest responses to all of my questions. I didn’t feel pushed to get more expensive braces, and when breaking down the prices she went through each option very thoroughly. I was shocked of not only how many options I had, but the amount of different ways you can pay. I felt 100% satisfied with all of the options and was so happy I decided to make this big decision the same day! I sat down with Margret and I got nervous again for the process of actually putting the braces on. But she took me step by step through every single thing she was doing and it made me very very comfortable. She did an amazing job and gave me a backpack full of goodies on my way out. (Including MAC&CHEESE since my mouth was going to be sore) I can’t stop talking about this office and I definitely would recommend this office to anyone and everyone! Thank you!!

Six years ago my daughter had braces treatment here and they all did a wonderful job! My daughter loves her smile. This year I have returned to Hoybjerg orthodontics for my son to have braces treatment. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Appropriately priced with good payment plans. I trust them completely with my families orthodontia needs.

The office is state of the art and all of the techs are amazing. We are almost done with treatment and have had such a great experience. With several office locations to choose from, making appointments is super easy.

Came in for a visit today to my surprise there was a new girl. I got used to my gal shes extremely fast. As an adult, I was a little nervous, because Im a perfectionist. The new lady did great! She was very informative and had an awesome personality. Dr. Hoybjerg checked my brackets, I have just a bout 6 weeks left ( possibly) fingers crossed. My son and I went in for our a consultation about eighteen months ago. The staff who greeted us and provided the overview were professional, friendly and caring.Dr. Hoybjerg spoke to my son and I taking the time needed to give us all the information, the process, and expected results. We scheduled his appointment that day. Hes almost out of his braces and has had nothing but great service. He had been told his tooth would need to be filed down and he might have to have teeth pulled. His teeth are intact and there has been no filing down of any teeth. Hoybjerg Family Orthodontics treat you as a member of the family with their professionalism and caring nature. We are just starting our orthodontic journey, but after being to other orthodontists we were so pleased to find Dr. Hoybjerg and his friendly staff! The atmosphere in the office is so upbeat and incredible.From the first phone call of talking with Jessica, She took the time to answer all the questions I had and was so sweet! At our initial consult, I felt that Dr. Hoybjerg did a great job explaining everything that was going to be needed. Again, Jessica explained everything financially to me when going over my contract. They got my son in the day of to start his braces.The assistant, Kristen(who is no longer there :( ) was a great assistant and we truly miss seeing her She was so upbeat and positive. She loved what she was doing and she made sure my son was always comfortable. She explained everything so well and whenever we had a question about his treatment she could answer our question with no problem. Now that Kristen is no longer there, We see the other girls in the back office. They also do an amazing job. They are so knowledgeable in what they do. They always seem as though they love what they do and have a good time doing it. Margaret did a great job explaining to us over the phone on a Saturday on how to clip a wire that was poking my son. That was very helpful.Dr. Hoybjerg, is great in what he does. His passion for this field is amazing. He takes the time to explain treatment and what he is doing with the patient.This office is great and the people working there are amazing. What I would love to see different from the office is that they would slow down and take a little more time to get to know there patients. The assistants are so busy working multiple people at a time sometimes they look stressed and overwhelmed. Oh and that they would have a little more availability in there schedule. It is very hard to work around there schedule as it seems as though they are taking a lot of time off. Some days they are at the office sometimes not. There website is a little cheezy. The employee Bios are totally all about business with a little about the employee personality and personal likings.

ITS MORE EMBARRASSING WHEN PEOPLE WANT TO SEE YOUR RESULTS BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOU HAD BRACES BUT I CANNOT SHOW PEOPLE THIS JOKE& EMBARRASSMENT OF RESULTS!!! HOW can he be so happy knowing that he has an unsatisfied patient. Im sure he knows the results were not great but to me it seems he just wanted to get it over with me and get rid of me. I would see how friendly he was with all the other patients chatting up a storm while i had been waiting and waiting for him to come and see me next...and when he would come to me it was just a quick hi how r u ok you r good..and all he would say is your teeth are just stubborn, because they were not moving fast enough for him. I regret coming here im sure i would have had better results at western dental!!!! After my braces were off never has this office called to follow up, BUT yea but if you owe them $1 they will not stop call you. Its been almost 3 yrs since I have last been here and NO ONE FROM THIS OFFICE HAS EVER CALLED ME. And now my kids and some family members are getting braces and guess what he will not treat my kids I will not waste another dollar at this office. If he couldnt give me results how can I trust him with my kids...you just lost $$20,000+ from all the referrals I had..thank God they are in very GREAT HANDS THAT GIVE REAL BEAUTIFUL RESULTS!!!!

My family and I have been patients of Hoyjbergs Family Dentistry for over 3 years and the level of service has been consistent from day one. The office is always clean, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the game station for kids is just another plus. Dr. Hoyjberg is always on time, smiling, and very personable. Hes patient and doesnt mind taking the time to answer your questions even if hes already answered them a million times before. Lol.
