OMG Sam was amazing. Ive had facials before but nothing as extensive as the sampler that I had for my 40th birthday. I wanted to start the next phase of my life with a fresh face. Sam was really great with communicating expectations from the facial and what to expect afterwards. She made sure to read my intake forms prior to my appointment which may not seem like a big deal but is a great way to tell how prepared she was for my appointment. I had a lot of questions regarding skin care and Sam was able to answer them all while educating me at the same time. I believe that someone who is passionate about their job is able to educate their clients and I can tell Sam is very passionate. We didnt take before photos but I really wish we had. Ill admit my skin wasnt too bad before but after my treatment it was GLOWING! I made sure to follow my treatment with the recommendations of vitamin c serum and proper SPF moisturizer. This place is a one stop shop for pampering so next time Id like to get a massage and facial. Ill be back again sometime soon.
