When I inquired about her assistance in completing my tax return she responded to me quickly and we set up an appointment. She was flexible when my work schedule necessitated me rescheduling our appointment. Her office is small, but welcoming and she is quick to provide an estimate of your tax liability as well as advice and assistance in completing your taxes. I received my refund and invoice quickly as well. She was easy and quick to communicate with throughout the whole process. Would come back to her again in 2018.
