I just had the original windows and sliding door replaced on my house and Dicks Rancho Glass did a great job! The installers, Casey, Carlos, and AJ, were professional, efficient and completed the install in record time. I decided to get a quote from Dicks Rancho Glass since they are a local company and I expected a higher than average quote since they were a small business but here prices were significantly lower than all of the other places I called. Their customer service is top notch, Ashley in the office is amazing, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have to say that this company is very very professional and great service. Phillip my technician was quick, reliable, and very personable. I needed a bathroom window replaced and it was about the easiest thing Ive had done and the price was very reasonable. The companys been around since the fifties you can tell by the customer service and follow through that they still live by the same quality have Services as they did back then. I wish I was staying in the area so I can use them in the future.

The shower door they made was great....but the installers chipped my tile. Manager said that he would do repair..... almost 2 months and no response. Also installers should put shoe covers on like other repairmen.

Ive done work with Dicks for years and theyve always been great. For commercial and residential work Dicks Rancho Glass does fantastic work. Cant go wrong.

I went in to the Fair Oaks Location and got an written estimate from Lane, the manager or owner. She gave me a quote of approx $380 basic or $525 upgrade pattern for a shower door installed. After thinking it over, I went back to order it. (they also took my written estimate and kept it) A worker came and measured my shower area. He said it was shorter then the standard shower width by about 3 inches. He said Lane would have to call with a new price, since it wasnt a standard width (but the height was fine) Lane took 2 days to call back, and informed me that the price more than doubled!!!!..either $783 basic or $1088 for the upgrade!!! Then she said she would give me a $50 break off of those prices. I am a photographer, and if a client orders a custom frame or print, the price DOES NOT DOUBLE. That is INSANE!! I can understand it might change the price, but from $ 380 to $783??? Give me a break.
