Once I ordered a custom glass piece that had a specific grey tint I really liked for my pocket door. Took it home without realizing its the wrong tint. Called up the company. They gladly took it back. They reached out to their supplier. Got me the correct grey tint i was looking for without charging me any extras nor gave me any hassle. Will most definitely be back for all of my custom glass needs. More then happy to do business with them.

My German Shepherd broke my living room window trying to get outside to chase the sprinkler at 9:00 pm last night- seriously! I needed a custom cut piece of glass to replace it and called first thing this morning, I brought in a video of the glass with measurements and they cut it perfectly in less than 5 minutes!!! They were so nice and very fairly priced! They even gave me the parts to hold it in place for install. Total lifesaver in a crunch situation that could have been much more stressful and expensive. Thank you so much for making this so simple, quick and cost effective! Highly recommend, they cut to size and make custom items as well!

Bobs glass help me out in my time of need! My glass on my sliding door was broken out! They came and boarded my window up protecting my family from the cold and anyone who might wanted to come in. I had a break in at my business where the glass on my front door was shattered. I needed to get the door fixed that day. Bobs Glass came in at the best rate and also was the only company in the area who could replace my glass the same day. They did a great job and put in better glass than what was originally in the door which will make it very difficult for anyone to break in again. I will definitely use this company if I ever have any glass needs again.

Bobs Glass is the best, the price is reasonable on commercial glass but my favorite part is their sense of urgency, when you really need it done, they replaced my glass same day even though it was already 3pm when I called. I called another company Monday morning and kept playing phone tag til Wednesday, then by 3pm I got tired of hearing the same yes well be there answer and called Bob. You guys are awesome!
