We have been using Moes to serve our Unlawful Detainer documents and they have been very reliable and have succeeded when other process servers have failed:- They answer our emails very quickly when we send them a serve.- They have succeeded in Personal Service FIRST ATTEMPT on many occasions.- When theyre not able to serve the tenants personally, theyve been very PERSISTENT and gotten service achieved.- weve been using them for months and have yet to get a failure to serve/Declaration of Due Diligence from them. Service is ACHIEVED!!- We receive the hard copy Proofs of Service from them very quickly.- Highly accurate when filling out Proofs of Service. Our other Process Servers often made errors which I had to ask them to correct but not Moes!! This is very important.I trust Moes. Theyre accurate, fast, reliable and get our serves done every time!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Laurie Greenberg is highly unprofessional. Their services are useless. If you want to serve someone and not waste your money, I highly recommend finding another company.

Lauri Greenberg is extremely unprofessional and we have paper trails of her multiple lies.I would never recommend them to any legal professionals.Watch your bills as well because she will mark them up without notice.

I initially liked the fact that Moes Process Serving had a local Sacramento number, rather than an 800 number like so many others above them in the search results. So I called them to support local small business. I asked them to do a very easy serve of a summons to a local attorneys office, for a case I was having to handle pro per, (meaning I was having to be my own attorney).They refused and told me they will not help such individuals, and that they would only provide their service to insurance companies and attorneys. When I asked why that would be the case, the receptionist could not give me an answer other than it is our policy.I asked if the owner was in. I was told they were. I asked if I could speak to the owner about why they would have such a policy that refuses to help local Sacramento customers who are acting as their own attorney. I was put on hold briefly, and then the same person came back on the line to tell me that the owner would not be available to even speak to me about that question.I explained that not only was the policy bad business, but so also was the owners conscious decision to dodge speaking to a customer trying to understand such a policy. How ironic, in a week that we all are encouraged to make a special effort to support local small business, that I would encounter a small business process server who refuses to help anyone who is not an insurance company or attorney/law firm.Not good to say the least.Connie Fishbaugh

I am an attorney. I arranged a last minute service through Moes. They accepted the assignment and then called after they had closed and explained that my instructions were not clear enough and that now (when it was too late to arrange other services) they would not complete the job. I’ve used numerous service companies in sacramento and this was well below the standard of service. Laurie, the owner hung up on me ultimately by stating that after I was assured they would do the job that they now “were not accepting the job” and it “wasn’t her problem “. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
