I have been in the legal industry for nearly 30 years. This company is the worst process service company I have ever dealt with. They NEVER answer there phone. The rarely ever return phone calls. After listening to excuse after excuse, they finally served the defendant. The only problem is that they provided the court with a proof of service was incorrectly dated (process server dated the proof a month before the complaint was filed). Obviously, the court kicked the proof. Now I have to start over to get a proof of service that is properly executed. I am going to start over with a new process server. I am also going to file a complaint with the California Department of Registered Process Servers so this wont happen to anyone else.
