I had an awesome experience with Sac Party Jumps. The booking process online was super simple and convenient. The service and follow up was amazing throughout the whole process as well. From texting to emails to phone calls, it was a great experience and all team members were thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Set up on the day of the party took less than 15 minutes- it was so fast. The guy was such a hard worker and super friendly as well. The princess bouncy house was a huge hit at my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. I will definitely use them again for our parties! Such a great local business.

I have used these guys a couple of times now.I Love these guys!You can rent an item, set up times for delivery and pick up, and pay, all on thier website. If thats what you want.The first time I used them, I really didnt want any issues.. Meaning, I didnt want to order one that was too big or break it cause of the set up area, so I called them. They were super friendly! Took all the time I needed to understand the whole process. Im sure I probably asked waaay more questions than needed, but they took the time with me. Which I really appreciated!The next time I used them, I knew exactly what sizes I could get for my backyard. Also, since they spent so much time with me the first time, I knew exactly what to expect, so I did everything online. I got what I expected, great service!How it works....Find out where you want it and measure it.Make sure you have a plug with in distance (I think its like 50-75 it says on the site)When you are looking at the bounce house you want, look at the set-up area and make sure its less than your measured area.Make sure you have a path that they can wheel in the giant roll of plastic on a hand truck.My experience with dealing with the awesome set-up guys...If everything is ready for them, the area and the path to get there, they set it up super fast. Plus, they will give you a call when they are on the way.Then they will give you a call before they come out to get it. They have like a three hour window for set-up and removal. Both times, they delivered a couple hours before and picked up a couple hours late. Which was awesome for the kids! (And me!)Thanks guys! Absolutely amazing customer service, nothing short of perfect. Coordinated the jump house, even called to confirm, gave me additional theme options, and even sent my little a birthday gift! Jumper arrived early and even got to keep it a little extra longer in the day. It worked out perfectly!

This place delivered on time and the driver was very courteous. Its awesome that they set up everything and take it down and the bounce house was in great condition and clean. My children had a blast and it was definitely a way to have some fun during the pandemic. I also liked that their terms and conditions were clear and their site was easy to navigate so I could order exactly what I wanted. I will be using Sacramento Party Jumps again.

We were a last minute party. The owner was willing to accommodate for my sons 7th birthday party. He helped me find jumpers that were similar to the ones I wanted. I needed it for Saturday and there was some discrepancy, so the owner went out his way and dropped the jumper off on Friday. My son and family enjoyed the jumper and we had a wonderful birthday. Sunday morning they came and deep cleaned the jumper. They were great! I will definitely go back for other parties. Thank you!

We booked with Sacramento party jumps last summer but had to cancel last minute. They held our deposit on file and we had no problem setting up a new rental from them in March the next year. All communication was timely and consistent. I easily added on chairs and tables to the rental. We rented the double obstacle course which was a blast for the 4-10 year olds as well as the adults. We also rented folding tables and white folding chairs which were clean and nice quality. The company allowed us to keep our rental all day (10 hours). I had a superb experience with sac party jumps and highly recommend them.

The service was wonderful and it was hard to get the kids off the slide for 15 min for cake - it was a big hit! I would highly recommend for a children’s birthday party!!!

They were early a quick to setup. Very friendly too. The bounce house was in terrific condition. Ill definitely come back for my future parties.

They let us change the type of bouncehouse before the party and were easy to deal with. They came on time (early!) to do the setup. The Mod5 was really fun. It was the best birthday party I can remember for any of our kids!

I needed a last minute themed bouncer, and cotton candy machine for an event. Not only were they super accommodating, but pricing was good as well. This was by far the best rental experience from a jumper company that I have had in a long time. The staff on office was extremely polite and helpful. The delivery drivers and set up crew was prompt ( they actually came early) and educated us on how to use the unit. During pick up they greeted us with wonderful smiles and made sure they asked us how things were went and if we were satisfied. I’ve already recommended the company to friends and my neighbors. Can’t wait until I host my next backyard bbq because I will certainly be using this company again.

These dudes are friendly, very courteous & they know theyre party equipment. You dont worry about a thing: they do full setup & breakdown in a timely manner. We rented a dunk tank for the day & will immediately rent from them again whenever we throw another all-night rager.

Went to a family party tonight and the service was way beyond exceptional because of Robert. He showed up and did the job by himself. I wish more people were hired because he did far more work then one person should ever have to do, he was overworked but still exceeded, & hopefully the company recognizes that.

The bounce house we rented was in perfect condition and clean. They called two days before to confirm the order and the driver also called when he was on his way. Upon arrival he was professional and friendly. Setup was fast and the driver even folded up our blanket for us at pickup time. Very kind.

Worst service of my life and I will be contacting a few others . Received a quote from these people only for them to not honor what was written on the quote then to turn around and say they were booked now for my event date .

I’m a disabled veteran with it artistic stepson had a birthday party this weekend we’ve done business with this company for six years always took the drivers at least $20 each when they came and delivered so we are going to have two parties this year the first one was on Saturday as we needed was tables and chairs we were charged at observant about for delivery and the owner was extremely rude I would never use this company again as we were going to order everything for a new party next month advise all veterans to stay clear of this company and as far as that goes anyone else they will squeeze you for every penny maybe they had a change in ownership I don’t know well your brothers out there that are veterans I’m just advising you this is not the company to use they seem to be trying to squeeze every penny out of you every time you do business with them always seems to be a Hidden Fee well good luck hope your business goes downhill

Sacramento Party Jumps did a wonderful job being on time, setting up and taking the jumper down. They even gave me an extra day with no charge because of a pick up issue. My daughter had a wonderful time. The jumper was clean and in great shape...it shows that they take pride in giving their customers a great product. This was my email to the company about 4 weeks ago. They did not bother to reply. I would not use them again and I do NOT recommend them.Hello,I wanted to personally let you know that I was very disappointed with the service and product from your company, along with the man who represented your company on my property.I ordered one of your 18 ft water slides for a graduation party on June 1st. When I first put my order in I was sent an invoice for the $299.00 charge and asked for a deposit. So my assumption was this was the final price. Well, days later I was sent a revised invoice that included a delivery charge of $60.00. I called to inquire on this and was told that it states there may be a delivery charge on your website -- which it does but it is not really clear on the areas. As you seem to service Elk Grove and I am only 10 minutes from Elk Grove I assumed since I was quoted only the $299 that there would not be a delivery charge. It seems to me when you send the first invoice it should include all charges expected.I also called later and ordered some tables and chairs which cost me another $120 and found out later that most companies throw these in for free or a very nominal cost.Now when your worker arrived on Saturday to set up he began his work and within ten minutes asked for a bottle of water which we provided for him. Another 15 minutes later he asked for another bottle of water. I do not have a problem with giving him the water however I am surprised your workers do not travel with water especially in the summer time and knowing the type of work they will be doing. He did get it all set up and running within a reasonable time. Ten minutes after he left the two motors blew a fuse with our electrical. After spending much time getting this figured out we realized because there are two large motors that they should not both be plugged into the same outlet. Again, I think this is something that you might let your customer know. It did continue to run for the rest of the day without a problem once we found another extension cord and plugged into a different outlet.As the day went on and the kids really were having a blast on the slide -- there seemed to be many scraps and cuts happening. I was told the opening at the top was difficult to maneuver and there were edges that were kind of sharp. I was not able to attempt the slide myself but this did seem like an awful lot of issues that kept happening. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt. And kids will be kids and it did not stop their fun. I am wondering how much you inspect your equipment?That evening when your worker showed up to retrieve the slide he again asked for a bottle of water...... We helped him retrieve the tables and chairs and then he stated the slide was too wet to take with him. Again, this seems like something you would tell customers ahead of time. This is a water slide -- of course it was wet!!! He stated he would come sometime the following day to retrieve it. Well sometime on Sunday he came and took the slide without letting us know. He let himself in through the big gate and when he left he left the gate wide open!!! We have horses and dogs and other small animals out there. It truly was a miracle that none of them left the yard. And we live on a very busy fast paced street.Again, I wanted to let you know personally how unhappy I am with your product and service before I post to Yelp and other review sites. If I could give none I would! First of all I delivered the wrong jump house and was not told till it arrived. Then I was told I needed to stay and wait for them to pick it up, which was 3 hours after the party was over. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told theres nothing they will do and if you leave and it gets stolen then it would be my responsibility. They are completely unprofessional and inconsiderate!
