My wife and I reserved a 26’ truck through their Budget Truck Rental business. We reserved the van 3 weeks in advance and confirmed 1 week prior to picking up the van. On the day we were picking up the van, literally less than 1 mile from their office, they call to inform us they do not have the van. They gave us three different and conflicting excuses as to why the van was not available and were EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife. In the end, they had a 26’ LIFT GATE van, but not a 26’ RAMP than we’d reserved. We are moving to Nevada tomorrow and have an entire sequence of events we have set up. They are trying to bump us to a much more expensive rental (that we do not want and did not reserve) through forcing a lift gate on us OR a one way rental. Both of these solutions are unacceptable and NOT what we reserved or

CANT BEAT THERE PRICE

Allowed me to reserve a truck they didn’t have and then told me that “you need to call customer service to find a truck.” No, you guys made a mistake or whatever so you need to find me a truck. I kept getting interrupted and told to call other stores. That is not how this works. I am moving today and packing I don’t have time for this. I’m calling customer service later and it will not be for a truck.

The best place to rent stuff for your party.I hadnt rented party equipment for a while so I went online to see what was available. Rent-Rite showed up with awesome Google and Yelp reviews-- and the place is only two freeway exits from my home.OK, the office isnt much to look at, but the ladies running the place are great. Glenda set me up with everything I needed (and talked me out of some stuff I didnt need). She even helped me carry stuff out to my car.I picked up everything on Friday and returned it on Monday and got charged for one night. Love it.

Last week, during one of their busiest seasons, the friendly owners of Rent-Rite helped me again by getting me the white chairs I needed on short notice. They even called me the day of pick-up to make sure I hadnt forgotten to get them since it was nearing the end of their work day. I have used them before for our daughters wedding and a few other events, and my husband has also used them for his corporate events several times. They are always helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any event

Rent Rite is a family owned business that rents everything from chairs, tables, table cloths, warmers, podium.....etc great place if your planning a celebration.

Perfect for when I have more guests than dishes. They always have great customer service and their prices are reliable and reasonable.

Count your chairs before you leave. They ask you to count the chairs and I decided to trust the warehouse guys because I was in a rush. When all of the chairs we rented were returned they said 1 chair was missing. I didnt get my deposit back. The chairs were cheap and flimsy, but they got the job done.

Rent rite by renting somewhere else. The older woman who runs this business is rude, and unprofessional. There are plenty of other companies to rent from that want your business enough to be polite.

Wow, and not in a good way! The woman who runs this store front was very rude. We parked in front of her store, and though it is not marked no parking in this parking space loading only, or any request to leave the space open, we were met outside by her actually yelling at us to move. Not only will we not be using her services for this party, but will never consider this place in the future, as I would be afraid she would yell at me in front of my guest. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately their customer service has a long way to go.

I called two times for a quote on renting equipment for a wedding. Both times I gave list of what was required. They said they would call back with a quote. They never called back. Didn’t seem to care. I took business somewhere else. I would avoid at all costs.
