If you are looking for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, there is no other place to go around. This is a great gym. The people that go to this gym have a family culture in place. Everyone is friendly, kind and respectful. The instructors have a keen eye for details and are always on point giving feedback on how to perform the techniques. I have heard of people making life long friendships here and I hope to keep coming and caring on the comrade spirit and kindness forward.

I have been going to Cassios for 3 weeks now. I have to say Cassio is one of the most amazing teachers I have ever had the privilege to train under. He is very approachable. He takes the time to show the moves and explain them to his students. A very humble person and a world class martial artist. His senior students are also very helpful and willing to teach and explain things to new people. I can not recommend this place enough. I am hooked and you will be too if you try it out.

I have been coming here for three months and regret not coming sooner!Cassio is one of the most humble guys Ive met and this trickles down to all his students, from the black belts all the way down to the white belts. The students arent out to hurt anybody. If anything, they will go out of their way to help you. Sometimes I feel like Im getting a private lesson every time I roll because a colored belt will explain some of the moves they do.If youre looking to get in shape and lose a few lbs, this is the place. If youre looking to compete, there are many students, including Cassio himself, that compete at the highest level and in the biggest BJJ tournaments in the world. If youre looking for a new hobby, give BJJ a try. If youre afraid you are too old, Im a 54 year old white belt and there are a few of us on the mats rolling. If you feel like youre too out of shape to try BJJ, you WILL get in shape doing BJJ because you will be drenched in sweat after every class sucking wind. Many people Ive talked to have lost an average of 3o lbs in 2 years. Ive lost 15 lbs in 3 months.Come on by and check it out and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Recently started coming here and about 4 classes in. My good friend Jack has been coming here for many years and he invited me to come get back into martial arts as I used to train many years ago in kickboxing, Taekwondo and a brief amount of BJJ. So glad to be back into it and very happy with my experience so far. Many flexable class times to choice from and everyone there have been super helpful. Not to mention it is a incredible workout. Originally planned to come a couple time a week and find myself starting to go a couple times a day!

The atmosphere in this gym is extremely friendly and welcoming, and instruction comes from a professor that is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. If youre looking for a great place to learn jiu jitsu from a highly qualified instructor, then look no further.
