Got evacuated from my house and couldnt receive the battery that was being shipped when I tried to contact them they were rude and claimed I cussed at them when I said God dam apparently the guy is super religious lol well im not but they were really not trying to help me in any way horrible service from amy and John..

Had to get a part for my Black & Decker weed trimmer. Had one person at the counter making service repairs to electric tools and wait for a few minutes for the second staff to come out at the counter. Once I got to the counter, it took less than 5 minutes to complete my purchase. Good service, just a little wait time.

Stay away. Worst customer service possible.The short older guy has a complex, and poor attitude. Completely unaware of what good customer service actually is. They dont honor their warranties. Pretty much running a bait and switch warranty scam.....unfortunately, its a corporate owned location.

The service is top of the line. I brought in a tool that quit working. He tested it and the battery they were both bad. I knew the tool wasnt working. He said that if i had any other batteries that I had tried in that tool that they were probably bad also. They replaced the tool and battery at no charge. And any other batteries that were bad.

The first thing that you notice when you walk in is how organized, neat and clean the store is not like your typical repair shop. Then how friendly and nice you are treated. Mike was just a great guy with exceptional people skills he never gave me the bums rush, but listened to me and then explained what they were going to do. Instead of giving me the usual itll be a 5 week turn around time he told me to wait 20 minutes while the technician looked at it. After looking at it I was told that the technician wasnt happy with the results and would need more time to correctly fix the problem. One day later it was fixed and since I live about 60 miles away the manager actually delivered my tool to a store in my hometown. Just an absolute great experience all around - I cant say enough about them.

I took my ten year old Black and Decker CM1200 rechargeable lawn mower in to get the blades sharpened and they told me it had been recalled due to the starting mechanism, and when I got it back it looked and cut like a brand new mower! They even cleaned the tires, I was blown away. Also, one of the handle screw bolts fell off recently and they just gave me a replacement for free. The people there are always so helpful and friendly, it makes me want to own nothing but Black & Decker/Dewalt tools because I know exactly where to go for help with them :)

I almost never write reviews but I had a totally outstanding experience here and wanted to commend the staff on their excellent customer service. The Dewalt planer I bought online was malfunctioning and I had already gotten rid of the box so I couldnt send it back. I was at first unhappy to learn I would have to drive 90 miles to the nearest service center but the trip was definitely worthwhile. I called beforehand and Ofman (spelling?) assured me that they would take the planer back and get me a replacement. When I got there, they unloaded the planer from my car for me and processed the replacement request without any hassle. They said they would drop-ship a new one, which the paperwork said could take 6-8 weeks. Imagine my surprise when I got notification a day later that my planer would be delivered the next day! Crossing my fingers that the new one works properly but if it doesnt, that is a knock on the product itself, not a reflection on the great customer service I received.

Went in there with a Dewalt 20v 5ah battery thats was giving me trouble. After showing the gentleman at the desk my battery, he replaced it with a Brand new one still in retail packaging within Seconds for Free. I was shocked! Customer service is Outstanding!

I am hoping that I can get a Black & Decker string trimmer that works for at least a season. I returned an LST136 in April..Dewalt sent me an LST140 and it lasted for a total of 4 hours. The motor started to smoke and the drive mechanism was disengaged. The first Black & Decker LST136 I got worked fine for one season and then died. The motor burned out on the replacement and this LST140 never performed very well. If this is an inferior product, I would appreciate candor. On the last return, I ad to call on the status and they actually sent 2 trimmers for replacement which means that I had to make another trip to UPS to return the second unit. In hindsight, I should have kept it or maybe just give up on this paarticular model..
