Would give him a zero to be honest. I came to him one day when he was working on my neighbors yard. Asked if had a couple of minutes to give me a quote. So he did, gave me his card and I said I would like for him to start. Well, when I tried calling, he would never answer or return my calls. Very unfortunate that he was so unprofessional in that aspect. I also try to give people more business if they do a good job. Unfortunately for him, he quite the opposite.
