Well as much as I hate to write negative reviews I feel obligated to let the consumer know about our experience with Scenic View Landscape Services. In a nutshell, do not waste your time, money or efforts with trying out this company.In the beginning all seemed so wonderful. Damien who came out to bid our job was extremely friendly, professional and really sounded like he knew what he was doing. And the first handful of service visits met our expectations. They were a little more than we were used to spending but we thought that it would be worth the extra cost to receive this level of service. Since that time it has been a slow decline in the amount and quality of service. The first few visits they mowed, blew, hedged and did a little something extra which Damien promised they would. The last few visits were blow and go. They would hedge and or weed eat a small section of the yard. We really tried to work with them, walking the property with our technician(s) and communicating with Jesse at the office. If we had kept the same technician maybe some progress would have been made but since we went through 3-4 in the short period we were with them this was not the case. And management will be very polite and tell you what you want to hear but there is no action behind the words. They were a no show for their last scheduled visit and the one prior they were here for approx. half an hour for $80. Hope reviewers find this helpful when deciding on which company to go with.
